Wonderful
Great location, friendly staff, easy access by train from airport (short wal of 10 minutes), interesting history of hotel building, crazy and interesting architecture of building, nice SPA
There should be some staff member in SPA center also in the evening because there were no towels, no water and premises were a bit messy

They don't clean the room, you have to go to reception and ask them to clean the room, even if you leave a sign on the door saying clean the room, they won't clean it unless you ask at reception.

Great location, close to the central station and not too far from the city center.
The hotel could use better maintenance, as some areas were worn and a bit damaged. The bed mattress was terrible. It seemed outdated and really uncomfortable to sleep on. Room service and cleaning were inconsistent. Sometimes they forgot to replace used cups and coffee mugs with clean ones, sometimes they didn't stock the minibar properly, and it wasn't easy to get a response from reception or room service. Even though I checked in online, I had to go through 3-4 receptionists to get the key card, so why is there an online check-in for? With some improvement in maintenance and service, it could be a much better experience. Not what is expected from a 5-star hotel.

Hotel is definitely overrated. I was expecting a 4 star hotel, this is 3 at best. The hotel is very old, needs some updating. It is very chopped up, the bed was lumpy, and the pillows just floppy. Not a great hotel at all

Architecturally historic and interesting hotel built at the turn of the 20th century. Nice room. Good shower and full bathtub. In-hotel restaurant was convenient the day of arrival because there is not much around for several blocks. Food was OK, dinner more interesting than lunch. Buffet breakfast was outstanding, with wide variety of choices Staff was excellent throughout. Very helpful.
The location is a 20-45 minute walk from many attractions and Ubers were needed in the evenings, taxis are 2x the price. Heavy traffic in the morning and evening times made prices higher.

The location was fabulous. Close to everything, and as I was traveling along I felt safe.
Not necessarily that I didn’t like it was charming however some people may find it cumbersome such as the stairs at the entrance of the hotel, the dated decor and the confusing maze trying to find your room.

Nice location and room
The hotel is a labyrinth, it takes a lot of time to get to your room and you get lost easily. Also there were so many problems with the staff, they were nice but first, I arrived at 14:20 before check in time and they said they couldn’t allow us before 15:00, which is OK but then they kept us waiting until 3:30 because our room wasn’t ready. When I requested my luggage at check in, they said they were going to send it to my room, I kept waiting for more than an hour and no luggage so O had to call to request it. On check out, after coming back from breakfast, the room key wasn’t opening anymore, so I went to reception to reprogram the key and it didn’t work, I had to repeat this 3 times and the key was just not working. Each time I had to go to the reception it was a 5 to 7 minutes walk because of how long the rooms are from the reception. Not a good experience at all for the price they charge.

The room was spacious and relaxing. The staff was friendly and the place was perfectly located.
Breakfast was expensive, with no option to order from a menu as an alternative to the 31€ person buffet.
