Wonderful
Location of the hotel is fabulous for exploring Amsterdam. Large spacious rooms and the hotel is beautiful. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Would stay here again
There were no alternative meat options for Vegetarian/ vegan and I asked the staff they couldnt help. Although there were different options for eggs, omelette etc with the menu on the table. No one asked us if we wanted anything.
No ingredients listed on the food so wasnt sure what I could have allergies, milk etc
Pool and Jacuzzi were not working as this was one of the reasons why we booked. No mention of this on the website

The only thing I didnt like is that it stated it had air conditioning and they didnt there was a fan in the cupboard but ....m at least there was a fan so got to give credit where credit is due maybe the air con was down at the time and they had fans to compensate!

Amazing building and location.
The pool was closed, I booked in specifically because it had a pool and a hot tub but they were both closed. We were not told this at check in so we were very disappointed when we went down to the wellness to find an empty pool. When I asked at reception they did offer a swim at another hotel but it was a 10 minute walk. It had been out of action for a week apparently, I would have thought a 5 star hotel would have had it sorted in a day or two.

Breakfast was wonderful, extensive choices, friendly, attentive staff. Room and bathroom comfortable. Good location, walkable to most tourist attractions.
Were not told at check in that pool and most of spa area (that was a big part of why we chose hotel) was closed. We put on our bathers and headed down to the spa area, looking to recover from our 30 hours of travel, and we're bitterly disappointed.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable room in a beautiful building.
The wifi was a little off in parts of the room, would go in and out. Some of their spa facilities were down at the time, but that was fine and not our intention to use. I believe the price reflected the facility maintenance.

Amazing hotel with wonderful staff and beautiful rooms, we were extremely well looked after and the breakfast was incredible
Sadly the pool and jacuzzi were broken for the whole visit so we couldn’t use the spa

This hotel is absolutely fabulous. Rooms were spacious, clean and well presented.
Staff were Friendly, and willing to help if or when needed.
The only flaw during our stay was that we had not been made aware pool facilities were out of use, and this was one of the main reason’s we booked to stay.
We didn’t include breakfast in our stay, however one of our morning’s we opted to eat in. We felt the price charged for breakfast was a lot more than we had expected; although food was tasty and service excellent.

Only the location and view
Lack of air conditioning which they claim on website but which in reality was very poorly working climate control. Even the basic facility like coffee maker was not working at all. It’s definitely not a star hotel

Location and staff great. Ideal for sight seeing abd work location.
Absolutely shocking no air conditioning or air flow in the room. I was given an old fan that sounded like a truck was driving in the corner of my room all night. They did change it for me for a newer one that was also useless. The mattress has a mattress topper on and slides off the bed through the night. The hotel is never a 5 star hotel.
