the room was incredible and the view was spectacular. this hotel is perfect. there's nothing not to like. it's just a great place to stay
there was nothing that could have gone better. perhaps a 12:00 checkout instead of 11:00 but other than that the whole experience was wonderful and we can't wait to come back :)

Stayed here with my husband, great for a couples weekend away. Staff were very professional but also friendly and kind which was really nice. Our room was very comfortable and everywhere was exceptionally clean. Fantastic location.

Great location and friendly staff, especially Ali from Egypt. He was extremely polite, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The swimming pool was closed for renovations during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. For a five-star hotel, I also believe the room interiors could benefit from an upgrade. I understand that the hotel wants to preserve its classic charm, However, considering the price of the rooms, I believe updating the interiors while maintaining the hotel’s classic atmosphere would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

It's at perfect location And structure wise its mind blowing I would definitely like come here again Next time want to book that entrance one suit And this is the first time I ever experienced free minibar service
Light in rooms is low At least they need to update lights in bathroom so my wife can ready front of it
