The shower was a touch interesting. If you have limited mobility it could be tough.

My room was spacious and very clean. The location of the hotel is great. The young man in the hotel bar was very professional and made incredible cocktails.
The reception staff should stop talking with each other when a customer comes to the front desk. Of course it is lovely when you are having a good time with your colleagues but please consider doing it when there are no customers around. They never greeted me when I arrived at the hotel. I was every time the one who first said good morning, hello, good evening. Should it be the other way around?

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff! We were stranded for a few days due to our cancelled connection flight home and this hotel really cheered us up! The spa is lovely!

Far and the lift are few are located far and rooms you have to go around like a maze . This hotel need to be modernized. It looks like a dangeon. But may be I’m buzzed coming from Middle East and Asia

Stayed before so knew what it was like, Didn't disappoint on this occasion either. We chose a deluxe room. Great size rooms, lovely bathroom, Hot/cold drinks included. Good facilities, Nice bar and hotel in good location from the Central station.
