Style, Food, Friendly Service
One day no water in the bathroom, next day water stopped flowing in the middle of a shower. Avoid 4th floor where water pressure is so low, at peak times, water flow stops. Plus very hot rooms in high summer temperatures.

This place is barely a 3star hotel. The pool area was completely closed. The hallways are an absolute labyrinth badly signposted, creepy to walk through, and easy to get lost in. Honestly, if there’s ever an evacuation, it will be a tragedy.
The breakfast offers variety, but the quality of everything is terrible. For this price, they should either lower their rates or drop the stars. I should have gone to the NH or the DoubleTree by Hilton instead. Total rip-off.

Everything was absolutely perfect the staff will accommodating the room was in accident condition massive very impressive hotel fun overweight especially trying to find your room at night and the breakfast was absolutely perfect and caters for everybody.
The spa facilities were not fully accessible due to maintenance work which was not advised before booking. Hotel did provide alternate facilities in an adjacent hotel 5 minutes away.

Good location, good breakfast, large room
For the requested price over 300 € a room at -1 level where cars drive more or less in front of windows. Room with a view was view on the walkway. And request to change room refused twice. Valet parking over 70 € per day.

The breakfast was great! it had many many choices. Fresh veggies every morning, which is great for europe. lots of ,eats and cheese and they make all sorts of omlettes for you. The staff is vary kind/ the location was very very good, close to Dam square ans to the central train station and metro.
the second day my room did not get cleaned even after i called the reception...

I loved the beautiful original interior of the building, it’s really historic. I also loved the location and it was super quiet. Breakfast was competent with fresh egg options and complimentary cava to get the day off to a start!
The staff at breakfast were very haphazard. I was told my breakfast was not included, which it was and then I waited 25 minutes for my eggs. Also the shower in my room, although modern, was very weak.

Fantastic location, stunning property, excellent breakfast and wonderful staff in every single department. The room rates are not cheap, but the experience was worth every cent. We really enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be back again someday!
There is nothing to dislike about the hotel, it is absolutely fabulous :)
