Fabulous property stayed there many times
Very poor service, room un heated and it took a number of calls to sort ( and it was -7 in Amsterdam) and then poor service from management after items were removed from our room by the cleaners snd still not adequately addressed, very poor customer service

Good location for proximity to station, metro and trams. Friendly greeting on arrival at Reception. Good breakfasts. Spa. Electric curtains for huge windows!
Room cleaned & beds made only once during our 3 night stay, and then only when we made a special request.
Toilet was two rooms (internal hall and bedroom) and three doors away from sink! Not very hygienic. (Sink and toilet should have been together directly off bedroom and shower off internal hall.)
Requested double bed but got two singles which kept sliding apart.

Very central to Dam square. Gorgeous property and our room was very spacious and spotless. Staff were so helpful too.
