The room was a nice size and you are not nickel amd dimed. Bed very comfortable, but a thinner pillow would be nice!!
Very expensive parking. Odd, maze like, layout. Pool and jacuzzi were NOT working, and only told after reservation made.

Staff were great. They responded almost immediately to any of our concerns. Room are cleaned every day, our mini bar was complementary and was restocked daily, and I really appreciate that nice touch. Most Hotels now a day does not offer complimentary bar anymore which is very frustrating when they fill the bar with alcohol and sensors, making the fridge completely unusable if you want to refrigerate your own drinks—therefore useless. It has everything I needed in the room, I did not have to asked for any amenities. It is a great location and great place to be while relaxing in Amsterdam. Thank you

It is a beautiful building, in a good location. Easy walking distance to most sites! Or easy access to train station or metro stops! The breakfast is very good!
The bed frame was too high making it very uncomfortable to get on or off of the bed, or to even sit on the edge of the bed. The air conditioning did not work well, forcing us to use a fan that was provided by the hotel. The breakfast is a little costly!

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable room in a beautiful building.
The wifi was a little off in parts of the room, would go in and out. Some of their spa facilities were down at the time, but that was fine and not our intention to use. I believe the price reflected the facility maintenance.

Only the location and view
Lack of air conditioning which they claim on website but which in reality was very poorly working climate control. Even the basic facility like coffee maker was not working at all. It’s definitely not a star hotel

Could walk to many restaurants and close to the train station. Rooms were comfortable.
The bathroom had no where to hang towels and not enough sockets in the room.
