Location - very good
The best beds in the world. Bed, pillows, duvet were perfect. I always thought I had the best bed in the world at home. I still need to ask if they'll tell me the supplier. No joke. Room good size. Bathroom good size. We had a shower and a bathtub. Room service very good.

Depending on the room, it's a long walk. This route is like a labyrinth.
Not all rooms are suitable for people who cannot climb stairs. Ask first. Not all rooms are wheelchair accessible.
The hotel's parking garage is not suitable for large vehicles. There is a public parking garage across the street. Very large parking spaces. Cost less. 6-7 minute walk to the hotel.

Very close to city centre and central train station but far enough away from hustle and bustle. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to any needs. Lovely, stylish decor to.match the building.
Room was cold and had to ask for heater as air-conditioning did not work.

Everything was perfect!!
We took deluxe room and breakfast and it was our great idea because the breakfast at the hotel is really delicious.
The room is clean, warm and cozy :)

The hotel is located at the city center, just 5 min by walk to the quarter red, 10-15 min by walk to the different museums

A trip away with friends and family . The hotel located us all on the same floor which was a bonus and thoughtful. Rooms were lovely , clean and spacious. Location was spot on with only a 5 min walk from the train station and a great base to tour the city.

Nice big rooms, comfortable bed. Rooms were spotless. Cleaned and fridge restocked .
Location was spot on , not far from the train station and we could walk around the city from our hotel. Staff were very friendly , special mention to breakfast staff , and breakfast choice.

Great location.
Very spacious room and bathroom.
Right beside Amsterdam Centraal.
Very quiet at night so you can get a good sleep.
The whole place is immaculately clean.
The wellness are was good.
Reception staff are very helpful at giving advice to guests and tourists.
Bathroom door is very see through.
Deposit takes a long time to go back into your account after checkout.
The breakfast is very expensive for people who don't have it included. Much better value to be gotten on the streets.
