Where do I begin. The location was great. The history behind this building was interesting. The decor was beautiful. We enjoyed the lounge. It had various snacks, food, and drinks. The restaurant has a good breakfast.

Beautiful building, great location close to central station. Large room. Very nice fitness and wellness area. Good choice of breakfast options, including English and continental, egg dishes, etc. We will be back!
Our room was next to a staff passage door so there was some noise once in a while.

Our room was promised for 2 pm. Even at 5 pm it was not ready which was frustrating after long flight to Europe , there was insufficient soap in the room

Nice building, great location
Noisy staff moving cleaning equipment from 12 to 1 a.m. Bathroom fan won't turn off. Bathroom was dirty, needed to wipe the tub.

the lift are few are located far and rooms you have to go around like a maze

This hotel need to be modernized. It looks like a dangeon. But may be I’m buzzed coming from Middle East and Asia

Parking policy. I discussed with one of the staff, he said you can pay by hours since I only park my car for 4 hours, but the other staff charged me with full amount of 1 1-day parking fee, which cost me 77.50 euros. I tried to contact them for clarification but no response at all. Very disappointing.
