The customer approach and service is splendid. I wanted to store my luggage at the hotel at 9:45 to stroll the city before checking in, but these guys checked me in right away — hours before I could expect it.
Also Sarah at the breakfast bar was super nice making the morning even better.
Private room is very bright and clean.

Although not in the centre of the city, unlike some other hostels we saw, it is on the edge of a lovely quiet park, with an interesting 20 minute walk to the very centre (red light district, etc). Good buffet breakfast for €10 each. Nice private twin room with en suite. Good staff, young vibe, bar, lots of seating space. Like everywhere, it was very busy and vibrant for "King's Day" - see my second photo of the celebrations at the front entrance!

It's a good idea to turn on the ventilation when there are many people in the room.
The mess left by other people sharing the room is unacceptable; it's a shared room and many people think they can leave their belongings everywhere. The hostel provides you with your locker and your bed.

The whole experience, from arriving to departure, was extremely smooth and enjoyable. What a building, what a location, what a city!!
The lockers are a bit noisy when opening & closing, could there be some sound reduction padding installed to make them quieter?

Location and Park
I strongly advise against choosing this hotel due to the disrespectful attitude of the reception staff, for your safety. If you want to rent a locker for one night that costs €1 at the market, you have to pay €8. Towels, slippers, and other necessities are provided with the sole purpose of extracting more money from the customer. Customer satisfaction is extremely low.

Everything!!! Staff was lovely, all young and fun people, rooms were clean, I was lucky enough to have good roomates as well, beds had curtains, location is beautiful - at a park with many things to do and 2 minutes away from a tram station and 10ish minute drive to the city center. When I come back, will definitelly stay here again :)

I booked your hotel for two night (4-6 April).
However, when we check in today, we were shocked to discover serious hygiene issues in our room. We found two condoms on the upper bunk bea. In the bathroom, there are some lipstick mark on the toilet roll (which is very disgusting). Inside the duvet cover, there is also an unknown phone.

Very nice location, right next to a park and close to center.
Beds are cheap and noisy. Drains barely work, hard to take shower and not to make a flood. Check-in was 45 minutes later because the room wasn’t ready by 2 pm.
