Poor
The location
The rudest, worst staff you can imagine. Truly horrible.

Fair
4 bedrooms were too tight and small for a family of four; the sink was overflowing all the time, and the smoke odor was everywhere, and the neighbors were very noisy.

The room was clean and bed was confortable. a bit far from center but there is bus/tram station close to it.
The room was small for 6 bunk beds. Feels cramped!

Exceptional
I was amazed by how clean the facilities were, and all day long I saw people cleaning and caring for all areas of the building (elevator, door handles, etc.). I was impressed by all of the activities to travelers and the overall vibe, security, and stability this hostel offered.
Whille most of the staff was friendly, i did come across a few who were quite rude. The tone, eye rolling, etc. was not helpful and it gave me a small feeling of being unwanted. There was also a smell of sewage in our bedroom the whole time we stayed. We didn't report it because we thought it was old plumbing.

the location is okay, at least it's next to a nice park. the auditorium is quite a pleasant and unique space to hang out. rooms are standard tho on the smaller side.
they will charge you for everything so come prepared with a towel shampoo etc. i missed that classic hostel charm, this place seemed very commercialized. for full price it's really not worth it but if you get lucky with the deals on booking then i guess go for it.

Nothing
The fact that I by a mistake made a reservation for another day that the one I wanted the room for, than I tried to contact both booking com witch wouldn't help at all. And the hotel directly, but they ignored my message until was the time for check out, and they just said they couldn't cancel the reservation. Costumer service is a joke at this place.

Wonderful
I liked the stay in the pods, very chill and much better privacy than in the normal shared rooms. Location is really nice, easily reachable by tram and directly at a very lovely park (that had a festival the day I was there).
The bathrooms are... not the cleanest. Mostly fine, though I think a few rounds of cleaning a day extra wouldn't go amiss. Also, kinda annoying you have to card in- and -out for the shower if you're sleeping in the pods.

Pleasant
Nice location inside the park,
They charge 2 euros extra if you want to have the bottom bed or the top bed. I chose to stay at the middle bed, which is a bit cramped. Also, they do not provide any shampoo, toothbrush/toothpaste.

Disappointing
Good location.
Property seemed to have been set up well initially, but it has not been maintained. There were several issues with our room. The shower faucet was broken so the water was only lukewarm until maintenance replaced it. The usb chargers didn't work and the reception wouldn't provide a lender adaptor (even though they were selling them). The wheels under the storage boxes under the beds were all broken so they basically had to be dragged out to get our stuff, which my kids could not do, so we couldn't really use them and this was the only storage option. There was chewed gum and garbage in the bunkbeds. Also the air conditioning and ventilation didn't seem to be working. Our room never got cool and felt very stuffy, which is unnerving when you're sleeping in a small room with several people. Some staff were friendly and some were rude and seemed to have a "too bad we got your money" outlook. The business also seemed to be price gauging at every opportunity. A small load of laundry will cost you 10 euro, and one dryer had water leaking out of the lint trap. They charge for absolutely everything they can think of. You're not allowed to eat or drink anything you don't buy from them. Also most of the common space was inaccessible or closed for private functions. The library is never available to guests. This all leaves guests with a crummy feeling about having chosen to stay there.

The location was perfect and the bar was great. Really good menu and music
The reception was attended by kids who didn’t care much. I had to change my bed and I only could get a different bed thanks to the lovely lady who had a tattoo on her neck!

It’s got a good vibe, cool location, and nice amenities available. We’re a family of four (kids ages 13 and 15) and it was great to have a private room and bath. Though not flashy, it was comfortable and lovely and affordable. We would certainly stay again.
Nothing.
