The apartment was outstanding! Very well located, easily accessible, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was modern, comfortable and just like pictured. The kitchen is really well equipped, including a washer/dryer combo. They were very responsive when I later asked for a favor, so 100% recommend this place without any reservations!

Location is great, it’s central to all activities and was easy to commute to place since we were traveling with kids. The rooms were sufficiently spacious, neat and had the right amount of cutlery and cookery to plan our meals
For the price, it is unfortunate that there is no daily cleaning involved.
The other concern is that the sliding doors are really flimsy. The shades in the doors fell apart at the slightest touch by our 1 yr old. The shades have sharp edges and the wood pieces holding them have nails exposed, so I had to rush to put them back before one of my kids hurt themselves. This was a big pain since they fell off multiple times while opening and closing the doors.
Another customer shared this same complaint. Please fix this asap

Location was excellent. Roomy. Comfortable bed. Shower and heated towel rack were good.
We stayed there because staff told us the apartment had a separate washer and a dryer and we knew we would need to do laundry during our stay. Main reason we chose you. You don’t have a washer and dryer in the apt. You have a washer with a drying cycle that doesn’t work well. Even after letting it run the full 2hr & 49 minute drying cycle, the clothes were still wet. Clothes put back for more drying were more wet after than before. We were only able to leave with dry clothes after a lot of hanging up clothes on the drying frame and in both closets. And especially using the heated towel rack in the bathroom, requiring us to spend a lot of time moving clothes around and staying up later than we wanted to stay up doing all this. The staff knew nothing about how the machine worked. They also were unable to explain all the symbols on the machine. No American washer has those symbols and looking on the internet only got explanations for some of them. The microwave combination oven also needed explanation and even though a staff member came up to help, she didn’t know either. Every symbol should be labeled. I would not recommend this place because of this incredible waste of time to get 2 simple loads of laundry done in 2 days. Considering the premium price you charge, we expected a much better experience.

Very clean, complete facilities and the location are very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom very clean and nice.
The size of room a bit cramped, and the lighting was gloom.
We expected the family room with river view but unfortunately not.
We request for 1 hour late check out and unfortunately the staff gave only 15 minutes, with the unpleasant voice tone.

1. Excellent location. We had a balcony facing the water. Close to train station, restaurants, meeting place for excursions.
2. Staff - very helpful. Especially Yana who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.
3. Room itself - clean, modern, thermostat, kitchen and bathroom well stacked.
The room is a bit pricy.

Close to central station, magnificent view of the north canal, very friendly staff. It’s a noisy location but with the windows closed there was no problem. The shades really kept out the light
