We loved breakfast, beds were comfy, the area is quiet and has good infrastructure - there are good restaurants nearby (Papa's Loft House is great), a supermarket.
Our room had poor soundproofing, neighbors were too audible, we hear every footstep and other noises.

- the location
- the style and the atmosphere of the hotel
- the outstanding friendliness of the staff especially the lady at the welcome desk for breakfast and the Spanish young lady at the Reception
- the food at the restaurant (and very warm and professional staff members)
- the fast check in and check out procedures
- the bed should have a super top mattress
- the pillows’ quality is average. There were additional pillows in the wardrobe but they didn’t seem clean (not protected by a sealed plastic cover)
- the quality of the towels (fated ones)

Loved the modern clean feel of the apartment, located in the shopping mall was great and also the fridge, dish washer and cooking facilities were great ... a bit far from public transport (10-15 minute walk), but still manageable. Also the reception staff were very polite, professional and helpful (there was an Indian girl there that went out of her way to help us - she was great, but they were all very good).
