Clean spacious room. Comfy bed and pillows. Useful amenities like laundry room. I like the fact that they give the choice to waive the daily room cleaning. The hotel is close to a mall and gives convenient access to supplies.
Opening/closing the windows was not practical, since the handle was hard to reach behind the couch. The hotel is 10min walk away from Metro/Train.

Great location. Inside shopping center, but not noisy. Restaraunt was nice with a very nice patio. Breakfast was open early and worth the price. Parking is in P1 shopping center garage, they discount the ticket at the front desk to 20 euros a night.

Everything from front desk to room to housekeeping was fantastic. Very nicely done room. Couch by the window was a delight to sit at in the evenings. Beds and linen was fantastic and so comfortable.
Breakfast, although great spread, was a bit monotonous with almost no change in the menu for the 14 nights stay. Boring. Would have been nice to be able to order some ala carte items but system wasnt setup to enable that. Not a big issue on the whole.

They took 100€ / room as an advanced insurance deposits and they didn’t refund back till now ( already 11 days past since checked out ) However i send them a message but still waiting for the refund

Multiple major issues made this stay terrible value and felt like being ripped off: 1. Incorrect Tourist Tax for Resident: Provided proof of Amsterdam residency, wasting my time, but hotel still refused the mandatory tax exemption blaming Booking.com. I will submit a formal complaint to the municipality. 2. Unusable Mandatory Breakfast (Vegan): Forced to pay a mandatory daily breakfast charge but received virtually zero vegan options (only apple, soy milk, espresso). Hotel refused any refund or alternatives, essentially charging for nothing. 3. Noisy AC and faulty heating: AC was very noisy, making some "clack" sounds throughout the days and nights. Reported to the hotel. They turned off heating completely from my room and I needed to accommodate a maintenance that didn't solve the issue. The lack of heating made me very sick during my stay and feeling very cold. They didn't reply to my email requesting to turn on the heating. Dealing with these serious failures in basic comfort, paid services, and unlawful charges was incredibly frustrating. Would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
