Rooms were small and kind of old. It didn't make us feel good overall. Don't know why.

The rooms were cramped and did not feel clean. We had requested rooms close to each other months in advance and this had been confirmed but weren’t available when we checked in. The hotel lobby and breakfast was ok, but the rooms and hallways were pretty shabby - certainly not worth the price tag.

Perfect Location, right by Rembrant Square and facing onto the Amstel river.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Clean, well furnished room and bathroom
Would have preferred solid wall on shower, rather than frosted glass.

Location very good. Breakfast very good too, plenty of choice.
Hotel needs refurbishing, rooms exceptionally small and dark. Uncomfortable too, bed against wall so had to clamber over one another to get in and out. Bathroom basin protruded over door so constantly banging thigh. Common parts very shabby too. Carpet tiles in rooms and corridors desperately need replacing. Iron and ironing board permanently left in corridor for guests to use. Feel of student hall of residence, yet costing over £300 per night. In no way did this represent value for money.

Beautiful room 584 very convenient location….unfortunately however…..
…the room was located at the rear of the hotel on a very busy nightlife street (no matter what day of the week) large groups partying outside all until 5am made sleep almost impossible. Walk-in shower didn’t drain properly and had to use towels to mop up.
