Lobby and common area can give a wow vibe until you reach your room. I feel like room we’re not we’ll maintained as well as the wallpaper in our room was falling apart and there was a space behind it.
I didn’t like the quality of room and cleanness of room.

Great location. Strong air conditioning! We moved from another location to here for AC. Our adult children were in a deluxe room with 2 rooms in a separate apartment (no elevator though) that was so nice. My husband and I were in a standard double room. It was small but cool and dark at night. Within 10 minute walk to the trams and metro.

Location was ok
Bathroom toilet in my room had a backup or something, not sure what was going on. I checked into my room and went up and there was literal sh*t in the toilet and would come back up / color after flushing

Location! Also, the pool table down in the lobby was fun and a nice breakfast was served.
The room was so overpriced and the photos did not represent it accurately. I ended up paying over €450 each night for a super tiny room that didn't even have a regular chair or a bed that was regular height. Nowhere to sit with my feet on the ground. No plugs were right by the top of the bed and I had to get an extension cord to reach. After the maids had cleaned the room one evening there was a dirty cleaning glove left on the bed. Yuck!

Close to the Metro and shopping and restaurants.
Walls were very thin and could hear people in the rooms next door which woke us up a couple of times. Our window opened up to an inside enclosure instead of an outside view.

Location in relationship to the city-center was very good. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly
The bedroom was too small. From the configuration of the room, we could not easily open the door completely and get our luggage in the door. In the room, there was nowhere to put our luggage other than on the floor, making the space even smaller.

The location was excellent. The room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The price was way too high. I stayed here at the end of a month long trip, and the Eden was double the price of every other hotel I stayed in. Every other hotel had more comfortable beds, including a hostel.. Some had kitchens. For half the price.

Wonderful
The location was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was professional and friendly.
I did not like the soap dispensers in the bathroom. They were difficult to use. And the fact that they did not provide face cloths was disappointing.

The first three nights we were in a nice room. We came back for two nights after driving to
Germany for two days. The room we stayed in was the size of a closet. Way overpriced at $600 per night.

Breakfast was very good. It was a nice hotel.
The second stay for two nights was in room the size of a closet. Grossly overpriced at $600 a night. Not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel because of the price
