12pm check out, soft beds, location, good helpful staff (one manager a bit serious and overpowering with his young female staff), glass of fizz on arrival, arranged taxi for us
For the price I paid (over £200 per night) the room was a bit too small and didn't have many amenities. No fridge, no vanity kit, shower was quite weak and was over a bath, could have had more shower toiletries, no milk for tea (often the case in Europe and us English like milk with our tea!). Rooms could do with a bit updating especially the bathrooms, not enough usable surface space in bathroom for two girls! Carpet could do with replacing too.

Location
Unfortunately, my stay at Leonardo Eden Hotel Amsterdam City Center was very disappointing. Before booking, I specifically contacted the hotel to confirm that the air conditioning was working, but it did not work during my stay.
There were also several cleanliness and maintenance issues: bugs on the blanket, a broken hair dryer, dirty marks on the walls, and a condom left in the trash when I arrived, which made me question whether the room had been properly cleaned. Staff also promised to bring an iron but never did.
To make matters worse, some staff members were rude and unhelpful when I reported these problems. Overall, the room and services did not match what I was promised or expected, and the multiple issues significantly affected my stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Location was excellent and having 24 hour store was wonderful. So close to trams and metro and Rembrandt square. Staff was super helpful
The beds were very comfortable but the queen is 2 twins that kept coming apart in the middle of the night. And both were different styles. The very comfortable pillow top was made for a king sized bed. This is the only area where they should spend some money. But great stay

Well located & good facility amenities like the lounge, and the mini market.
The bedroom design and furniture are uncomfortable, especially the bed frames & mattres. Hospitality services and staff in general didn’t seem to have a welcoming attitude.

The location and the staff were great
The air conditioning in my room didn’t cool sufficiently and was never comfortable. My friend also had a room while I was there. His room was quite cooler and comfortable, as was the lobby area. I placed a service request and maintenance believed the unit was working properly. The unit did not seem to work properly to me.

The room was very cozy and mostly clean.The room included a coffee maker and a water heater, though there was no mini-fridge. We especially appreciated the dark curtains, which helped block out the early morning light — perfect for a good night’s sleep.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of both hot and cold options: scrambled eggs, sunny-side-up eggs, bacon, a good selection of cheeses and salami, fresh bread, salads, tomatoes, cucumbers, and of course plenty of coffee and tea.
The hotel offers a convenient self check-in and check-out system, with staff available to help if needed. In the lobby, there’s a small self-service shop with snacks and essential items, which is very handy.
The only minor issue was finding a single hair in the bathtub.

Lobby and common area can give a wow vibe until you reach your room. I feel like room we’re not we’ll maintained as well as the wallpaper in our room was falling apart and there was a space behind it.
I didn’t like the quality of room and cleanness of room.

Great location. Strong air conditioning! We moved from another location to here for AC. Our adult children were in a deluxe room with 2 rooms in a separate apartment (no elevator though) that was so nice. My husband and I were in a standard double room. It was small but cool and dark at night. Within 10 minute walk to the trams and metro.

Location! Also, the pool table down in the lobby was fun and a nice breakfast was served.
The room was so overpriced and the photos did not represent it accurately. I ended up paying over €450 each night for a super tiny room that didn't even have a regular chair or a bed that was regular height. Nowhere to sit with my feet on the ground. No plugs were right by the top of the bed and I had to get an extension cord to reach. After the maids had cleaned the room one evening there was a dirty cleaning glove left on the bed. Yuck!
