The location is great for a concert. Right next to the train station, stores, stadium and concert venue.
I've found the room to be dirty. Bathroom was dirty, water stains and towels with stains.

If your going to a concert at the afas it is perfect just across from the hotel.tram and translation two minute walk .staff lovely always said hello and the room was spotless.i would stay here again as its away from the hustle of the city but easy transport in

The room was pretty decent for the price. Clean and everything.
In winter it was cold and airco could not heat up the room to let me sleep there comfortably.

I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place. The highlight of my experience was the amazing staff at the reception. Tom and Niene were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived and gave great recommendations as well. Their positive attitude and hospitality really made the stay even better. Thank you both for the excellent service!
