Location was good.
Room was small for what you pay. We had no power and tried phoning staff several times but no one picked up our calls. Once escalated was addressed but poor experience from a hotel of this standard.

The hotel is located very well with walking distance to where we wanted to go, the staff were mostly pleasant, and the rooftop bar is really nice. Room was modern
We had a number of issues, none of which were addressed, coffee machine was broken, air con sounded like a jet engine taking off so we couldn't sleep properly, room was poorly cleaned when we got there and wasn't serviced for our entire stay, soundproofing was non-existent and we were right next to the lift well, very poor value for money given the cost and lack of inclusions. Twice, our resolvable issues were reported but nothing was done. This was by far our least favourite stay in Europe

Room : Quite ordinary. Nothing different from a decent 3* or 4* hotel room. It had no view at all despite my request to provide a room with a decent view as it was a long stay and also was assured by the Front desk that a good-view room is being provided. When I went down later in the day, the executive had already left for the day.

Problems in restaurant: milk tasted off in my latte Lady fingers in Tiramisu were stale and weren't eaten
Waitress didn't pick up on the issues so offered a new latte, which also tasted off We had also requested Tap, Flat water A pre-filled bottle was delivered and we were charged €20 Ridiculous, and insulting as we were staying at the hotel We are Honors members and will consider when we are booking hotel reservations in the future
Contacted the manager who was sympathic but still came up a little short in the service recovery

I stayed at the hotel for one night on a Saturday. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
My room was on the 9th floor, and there appears to be a bar or nightclub on the 11th floor. Despite being two floors below, the music was clearly audible in my room. It was so loud that I couldn't sleep. The room was also poorly insulated from hallway noise, and I could clearly hear people talking and doors opening and closing throughout the night.
At around 2:00 a.m., I went to the front desk to report the issue. The staff apologized and said they would contact their colleagues and ask them to lower the volume. They also informed me that the venue operates until 3:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the noise did not improve. If anything, the music became slightly louder. I could also hear chairs or other furniture being dragged across the floor in the venue above, creating a constant scraping noise.
For a 4-star hotel charging around €350 per night, I find this unacceptable. Guests should be able to expect a quiet room and a good night's sleep. If the hotel chooses to operate a late-night bar or club, the soundproofing should be sufficient to prevent the noise from reaching guest rooms.
Everything else about the hotel was fine, but the lack of sound insulation completely overshadowed the stay. I would not choose this hotel again unless the noise issue is addressed.
