Dont communicate, paid for a balcony room did not advise before arriving this was not available. Then placed in a standard small room. Would not refund the difference appalling service. Room was very basic, BEWARE of write up and facilities on offer as this was not true on arrival. Breakfast cold and again very basic.

The location was fine. The staff at the desk at the food station was so friendly and helpful. The concierge staff were unbelievable- all of them!! I especially loved Stella, but all were great!!
My friend and I stayed for two nights on the 5th floor with no issues. On the third night, our tour with Gare 1 began and we changed rooms to the 10th floor. At 2:00AM I could not sleep as noise from chairs or furniture moving on the floor above affected my sleep. I called the front desk and the gentleman said he would go to the baron the 11 th floor and talk to them. He must have done so because the noise stopped. Then around 4:00 the same noise of furniture moving reoccurred. The other gentleman at front desk said that no one should be up there at that time dnd he would the care if it- which he did. I had a very bad night. Great hotel but dont stay in rooms on the 10 th floor that are under the bar location.
