Good location, well maintained property, nice breakfast spread.
Checkin experience was very poor, the reception staff was unfriendly and untrained. They claimed that our fully paid booking was not showing on their system and that they did not receive our late check-in msg through booking.com. It's only after arguing for more than 30 mins we managed to get our room!! Housekeeping was average, mugs were left unclean one day. No toiletries or free water bottles were provided in the room.
