No bellman service and when asked for bucket of ice was told they could bring it but it would take long better to pick it up myself downstairs at the bar

Near to the airport, comfortable beds.
Very basic rooms, the parking space was full when we arrived..we did not know that we had to reservate it.

Spacious room, comfortable bed,swimming pool and sauna
They charge fees to guests for using umbrellas when it is raining. We traveled to many countries, this is the first hotel that charges fees for using an umbrella.

Very spacious and comfortable room for 1 person. It is really close to the airport by transfer and it is always on time.
The only remark is that my TV was not working (without signal). However, since I wasnt there to watch tv, this was not an issue.

The only good thing about property is the staff who are friendly
The Hotel doesnt live up to its standards Having Ikea glasses and No fridge in the room is utterly least expected . The things are bad you can see the dirt on everything. They need to up their game a big time.

Location. Bus to and from airport.
Comfortable room.
Good breakfast facilities.
Desk staff very helpful and efficient.
Stairs from bus drop off on entry to reception. Why do you make guests drag suitcases up stairs? We are tired enough after a long flight! And how does that work for mobility impaired guests?

Staff were friendly
The food was awful and far to expensive, 30 euro for very bad food and why do they shuttle you there for free yet charge you to shuttle back very sly
