Location only was good
There was too many bedbugs in my rooms and my blanket as well also I make video as well also first night my let eye was swell I go there to the reception and tell there no doubt I got my money back refund but I can’t sleep over there is a rubbish service even they don’t clean the room don’t change the bedsheets or blanket. Have still video in my phone ?????? refund is doesn’t matter right the matter is that a international tourist can explore well because can’t sleep well

Stairs not elevator as they put pictures before (they removed) and The stairs are narrow and completely inconvenient for carrying bags; they twist in a spiral fashion. Breakfast not international and its same everyday Bed not comfortable Staff not helpful, push me to get other room with extra money

The location is perfect, the breakfast is good, and the staff is nice.
The room was outdated, and the very narrow staircase on the third floor made it hard to carry luggage up and down.

Best staff I can remember from the guy at check in to the guy on the desk when we checked out early and more importantly to Laura who helped me post stay.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of Amsterdam. You can get anywhere by foot. Breakfast is also very good. MY bedroom was supposed to have a shared bathroom, and I got surprised with a private shower in the bedroom. It was good enough.
The room is not very clean.

Strategic location!! Safe! Clean. 5 minutes to the central station.Fast WiFi.A lot of restaurants,shops and bars around.Nice & friendly staff.My breakfast was packed and ready early morning to take away!

The location was great, it was safe there
Evwry thing at this hotel was tiny,The single room and the toilett. the view was the main street it was loud the window was bit broken so i coulnd't sleep well. Breakfast variation was so plain and boring

Location is amazing, best possible location ever, the train is very close and everything is near. Everything was clean, the staff was kind.
A lot of very narrow staircases, me and my friends arent big, this isn't good for big people. The room, toilet, shower, stairs - everything is tiny. Took 5 minutes to get hot water. Very simple breakfast, we went eat outside.

Walking up stairs for room with senior citizens is mess. Drinking water from same toilet tap is also quite irritating.

I didn’t have the breakfast.
I came home covered in bed bug bites. The reception male with no hair was very rude when I came in at 11pm one night and claimed my name wasn’t under the room number 9. Then I showed him the booking and he said “what is this this tells me nothing”
