Good size of the room, very quite, bathroom with proper door - convenient for traveling with friends
The room has not been cleaned properly - there have been package pieces and some stains around sink in the bathroom

Location
The stay did not meet the expected standards of a five-star property. Essential amenities were missing, including toiletries, toothbrush, and tissues. The room was basic, furnished only with beds, a TV, and a desk.
Temperature control was inadequate, as the room remained uncomfortably cold. The bathroom ventilation was ineffective, with steam not properly extracted. Housekeeping and room service were provided only upon request, rather than proactively.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience, particularly given the premium rate charged. The service and facilities were more aligned with a three-star property than a five-star hotel. Management is advised to review quality control measures and consider implementing a mystery shopper program to ensure brand standards are maintained.

Really friendly and helpful staff, great location, close to the metro and very comfortable room!
I had a great time, the only downside was that we asked for a room for 2 and we only got one towel.

Everything was smooth. The hotel is well-located in a very beautiful area in Amsterdam and foot distance from the Zuid station, also from the Amstelpark. The room is big, comfy, with a relaxing view, the toilet was clean, the shower worked very well and there's good quality shampoo/conditioner/soap.
The hotel is overall pricey and for business purposes, so, for self-payers-non-business-related guests the hotel is very expensive comparing to other options in the same area or not. For the price, the amenities should be there withouth a request being needed (tooth paste for example), and I missed a hydration cream. An espresso machine in the room would also be good, along with more TV channel options.

Hotel is very good in predictable business style. Staff pleasant and helpful. The location, Amsterdam-Zuid, is a windy wasteland of office blocks. Nowhere to eat on a weekend, not even a supermarket open. Luckily there is good public transport to centre.
The so-called convenience store in the lobby was just alcohol and processed rubbish; as the hotel is located in a desert, it would be helpful if it sold simple good food, milk, fruit...
