Nice clean hotel. Nice size room, good location.
Our flight got cancelled, so we missed our first night. But we phoned the hotel to let them know what had happened straight away and let them know that we would miss our first night, but would obviously still need the second night. The girl we spoke to on the phone said she would record this on the system and make sure our room was still reserved for us. However, when we were arrived we were told our room had been cancelled and we should have phoned to make them aware we were not going to arrive the first night. I corrected the girl and told her we had phoned the day before and explained the situation as soon as our flight was cancelled. She did quickly fix the problem. But clearly the staff member I had phoned (and paid international phone call charges for) had either not recorded this correctly or the staff member who checked us in didnt look properly. This was fixed which was fine, but this should not have happened and added extra stress to an already stressful experience of having our flight cancelled on the way to the airport.

Everything was perfect, room, breakfast & Staff, we watched Toppers on Saturday evening so the location was perfect too, thank you all, hopefully be back next year if The Toppers.are playing again xx

The staff who work here are all amazing. I was checked in by Alice, who was wonderful and managed to give me a free upgrade. The hotel in itself was only a few blocks away from a client site so was super ideal. Bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and fresh without odour, and the room was good size with all the facilities you would expect from a Marriott! A great stay!
If I was being picky it would be the iron in the room. Probably needs an upgrade as the one there is pretty basic and you will spend ages trying to iron one shirt. However I did request for a change and again Alice was quick to change it for me without a fuss. Had it changed for a brand new steam one and although still lower capacity it did the job ok.

great breakfast, nice room, good bed and silent at night. Highly recommended, especially if you want to see a band playing at the ziggo dome.

The whole aesthetic of the place was amazing.
It was quite expensive (500 + 100 deposit that would be returned) only for 3 nights. It just sounds bizarre considering its not in the city centre.

Theres alot of small repairs that need to be made in the room, like the chair seat was broken, some electrical suckets need to be replaced, rust on handles ect.

The size of the room was great with good accommodations! 3 minute walk from the metro station, close to a supermarket, the stuff are super nice and accommodating!

Very good breakfast, good location close to the metro and Ziggo Dome, the size of the apartment is good.
Staff at the reception was not well informed (they didn`t know how to suggest to get to the airport by public transportation - they only suggest taxi). Our apartment was not cleanned during the 3 nights and we had to ask for towels. You also need to inform in advance if you want breakfast or not or you will have an extra charge if you decide in the day (not necessary this rule).
