Room had everything we needed- hair dryer , iron , bath robes , tea & coffee Decor in hotel was so pretty The spa was excellent Staff were friendly and extremely helpful Location was perfect for us - half way between airport and city which was easily accessible on the metro

Location was near by my family home in Amsterdam The room was comfort
the elevator were not working first days - one elevator only for the 700 rooms The elevator was not working on -1 on the way to spa the room service was not working during holidays regularly, only on demand the room was without possibility for natural fresh ear (closed big windows)

Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, but conveniently close to metro and the airport transfer. Rooms are spacious, fully equipped and clean. Breakfast rich, with a good choice of warm and cold plates.
