Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, but conveniently close to metro and the airport transfer. Rooms are spacious, fully equipped and clean. Breakfast rich, with a good choice of warm and cold plates.

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood , close to train lines.ideal for transport into the city.
Expensive compared to other properties in the location. Having to pay for pool and spa for duration of the stay is a major let down. Also MUST have rubber sliders to use facilities or else have to pay extra fee for hotel sliders. Hotel restaurant had limited choice of food options and were expensive for the quality of food.

Great location, only a minutes walk from the Metro station. The staff were all really friendly & helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable and with good wi-fi. My stay was perfect!

The room was clean and comfy.
Good shower and toilet
Both lifts were out of service, and they only had a small service lift, which everyone used, which made waiting ten minutes plus a pain as there was no seating to wait.
The hot breakfast was cold and dry. There was cheese and other things which saved the day, but the powder eggs and ham and sausages were all cold and old.

Verry dirty rooms, also dust all over had to check out same day as i checked in. Was few years ago and this hotel was other level now was really disappointing i was in room 444 verry dirty

30 public transport minutes away from center. Room was basic but spacious and clean. Breakfast a decent American continental blend.
Parking is expensive while street is free in evening and night.
Advertised as spa hotel but spa is not included and extra as well.

Nice location, good breakfast, clean room, nice bar restaurant
I asked the staff to fix the shower tap at night, they told me that someone fixes the issue tomorrow as the maintenance technicians were not available, but unfortunately, the issue was not fixed. (The tap moved itself and made the temperature so hot, so I had to keep the tap with one of my hands all the time)
