Modern, clean, close to public transport. Room and bed were large and comfortable.
Bathroom light is on a motion sensing timer so it goes off every 10 seconds when it doesnt see you moving, which means a lot of showers in the dark.

The staff were second to none. They couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. We found the staff at the reception to be most helpful, and the gentleman who looked after us in the restaurant was absolutely fantastic. We didn't get his name, he was a grey haired man with glasses.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like. The hotel was perfect for a short stay in Amsterdam.

The breakfast is the best part about this hotel! Easily accessible through metro but a little far from the main city centre. Great rooms and amenities! Great value for money if compared to the rest of Amsterdams properties.

The hotel is new and the room is comfortable.
We called reception to complain about noise in the room next door, but nothing was done and the noise continued until after midnight. You must pay a daily fee to use the hotel pool. Trains serving the hotel do not run until late.

The room was sufficient, clean and comfortable. All staff were lovely, welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant is amazing and the food is delicious! The receptionists were kind and helpful. The spa is spacious and the layout is beautiful. The pool was perfect too.

The room was great, easy access to city centre, and gym was great
The automatic sun control was very loud in the morning and acted as the alarm clock. We did ask staff to take a look at it but no one did. Also the pool is advertised to be included on booking.com but isnt when you get there

Bed and pillows were comfortable
Sheets had stains, air conditioning and dryer didn't work properly and there was very loud pipe sounds overnight. Location too fair from major train line. Expensive to go to/from.

Sometime room is not clean or not clean on time. Also other visitors complained. Some of the crew were not very welcoming and even rude. Most of them were very welcoming. Why to pay for SPA? Was not well stated in booking. Was a surprise.

Wonderful
Comfortable, location was a little bit away for main square but this was good thing as tram and metro right beside the hotel, we where able to.purchase 3 day travel pass which is key and them took tram as it give amazing view of the city, staff very polite and helpful.
Breakfast was a little overcooked, and the residents bar closed at 12 pm. Other than that we where happy.
