The hotel is very nice and modern and bedrooms are comfortable and cosy. Breakfast has a great variety and nice quality
You cannot control the temperature of the room and I was not able to raise it above 20.8 C in mid -December.

Convenient location. Spa access. Staff were really helpful and professional. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was modern and tidy.
Only downside was the tv wouldn’t connect to my phone via chrome cast, it was just a black screen when it said it was connected.

It was a nice hotel with very helpful staff and advice. It was only 5 minutes walk to either the Metro or tram that take around 30 minutes into Central Amsterdam. The facilities were good, with a nice buffet breakfast.
The room had air-conditioning although no facilities to open a window. The times provided on the hotel leaflet showed the wrong times for some facilities staying open.

Great buffet breakfast with lots of fresh produce. Beautiful refurbished room (since our last visit).
Small thing, but some of the lift buttons need a bit of TLC. A red triangle isn't exactly the button I would push for wanting to go to the ground floor.

the hotel staff was wonderful and helpful and tried to find solutions for everything I brought up.
The room was very cold, blasting cold air through the AC and the temperature on the thermostat was stuck on 21c.

Lots of choice with breakfast. Restaurant evening meals excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly
The hot breakfast buffet was not always hot - just warm (bacon / beans) I didn’t find the lighting in bathroom adequate for applying make up

Excellent location. The metro station is just a three-minute walk away. The tram is 15 minutes away. Very good and varied breakfasts with a wide range of hours – from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The parking was very helpful. My wife and child really enjoyed the spa area. They were absolutely delighted! We also appreciated the 24-hour self-service kiosk where you can buy water, juice, beer, wine, and snacks
Be prepared for a fairly high parking fee - €25 per day. The bar is only open until 10:00 PM. However, there's a kiosk where you can buy some refreshments to continue the party :-)
