I thought it was ok, but rooms were very basic for a 4 star!
And I did not like there was no bar in the hotel!

I loved all of the staff, everyone was extremely kind and helpful, LOVED being able to enjoy real coffee from a real barista for breakfast as opposed to the standard automatic machine ones. Location is great, rooms cosy and clean. Definitely recommend :)

The property was so accessible, great transit nearby, being in the park was spectacular. The building was so well-maintained and the staff was very helpful.

Unique room layout, perhaps not suitable for small children under 4 with all the steps
The music from the nearby pubs could be heard most of the night. We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel as the buffet looked very basic for a 4 star hotel

The location was great, quiet in the park with easy access to the center and a lot of things to do in the park itself and in close proximity.
The mattress could be a bit better.
