+Kettle and tea/coffee in the room.

+No problems with check-in / check-out and payments/documents.
- Tram that goes close to the building super loud and u hear it 24/7.
- Leaking shower hose.
- Poor ventilation
- Could be some commode in the room, not enough space to put clothes/things on. At least additional chair...

We were able to rent bikes directly with the hotel. The staff was very helpful with all questions.
Parking was a little confusing as it is through a 3rd party. It would have been helpful if there was more clear information about the address of the parking and specific hotel as there are two in the same vicinity, which made it confusing for me

The open spaces and coffee to bar area was great for working and socialising. The pillows were comfy and the shower was nice.
The bathroom smelt a bit of wee, the room felt a bit sparse without a desk lamp, and the room was quite loud being single glazed windows but all tolerable

Good location, near public transport, spacious room, modern and nicely decorated. Staff was very kind and stored our luggage before check in and after check out.
Beds and pillows are too soft for my taste, a bit uncomfortable. Charging extra for early check in - late check out.

Location, friendly staff
It was cold, the room was dark also (ground, basement level); there’s no storage in the room and it’s really basic. Not for longer stays definitely.
