Beautiful location in quiet area that is close to main museum precinct. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. ‘Happy Hour’ at 5.00 p.m was a treat with some nice wine selections. Breakfast options are great and offer healthy selections of cereals, fresh fruit, and cooked breakfast. Coffee and tea also great.

Very friendly staff. Room size was good and there is a pillow menu. There are nice small touches like a free bag of chips and a nuts bar. The location was very close to the Rijks museum and not too far from the city center. The breakfast was also good and had a good selection including omelettes and eggs.
The water pressure in the shower was a little low. And due to the design, there is no door in the shower area and a lack of privacy.

Pleasant
The location is great for travellers who want to visit the museums. The staff is always helpful and smiling. Breakfast is great. It is a quiet area with a nice terrace. There is a tiny park next to the hotel, if you are travelling with kids.
Because it is environmentally conscious hotel, the rooms cannot be heated more that 23 degrees. And it constantly dropped to 21 degrees, I think the hotel is adjusting it. I was staying on the lover ground with my kid and it was a cold period. Unfortunately, the room was very dusty: I had to use the bed frame to put some of our clothes, as there wasn't a cupboard space and realised that there was a lot of dust there and under the bed. There was no paper towels or cotton pads etc.

It was at a great location, really calm and quite area far from the central party vibe, sound and crowd but still close to everything. The museums were literally next street from us. The staff and housekeeping was extremely sweet and helpful. We have also rented bikes so we only used those during our stay and it was the best amsterdam experience for us like were locals.

Awesome hotel overall. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. The breakfast was outstanding too. It's fairly pricey for the room size, but I think that's basically just Amsterdam all around. Highly recommend the property.

A wonderful place to stay! The staff are all very nice and friendly, and the room itself is clean and spacious, with a lovely view. Also, the most comfortable bed ever :)
