The room did not have any closet to srore guest's staff. We came for one night, so it was OK but for more than one night, it would be uncomfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room came with a great little gift basket with a drink, a snack, some other nice touches. They gave me an option to choose my favorite pillow.
There was a lot of floor space, but no shelves or drawers to unpack my suitcase into. There is a primary school next door, so you hear children yelling as soon as you get up during the week. Amsterdam hotels may be outrageous, so while it was a good price compared to others, it was far from cheap. I thought the floor was a weird surface.

Just a heads up that most of the rooms do not have a bathroom door. Shower rooms are open but WC has a door

The breakfast was amazing! It would be great if it was included in the prize, as I always find this to be a lovely gesture. However it was no problem just turning up and paying for it. The snacks in the room were very nice also.
Form was a little too much over function. Our bed was on the wank, opening the door, always made a huge bang as if breaking something, which wasnt nice and the bathroom flooded just on having a regular shower.

A good hotel room with balcony access and fresh air. A comfortable room to stay in. No airconditioning but a floor fan was supplied and with the balcony doors open, this kept us cool at night. We both loved the very functional room
Would have appreciated a suitcase bench or support Breakfast was good but over-priced at 19e. That needs looking at in relation to what other hotels charge for similar breakfast. We paid one day but went elsewhere on other days. After a day of reading hotel slogans, platitude-fatigue set in pretty quickly.

The room was spacious, clean, and had all the facilities that I required. All of the staff were warm and friendly, genuinely so and not just to be polite. The garden and breakfast area are charming and were enjoyable space to have a drink of wine or to start the day with your healthy breakfasts. Being on De Lairessestraat we were very close to the Museums and yet away from most of the big tourist crowds and in amongst the locals.
I had to change my credit card details after I had made the initial booking. Even though I updated your system it still tried to receive payment from the obsolete card.

very good location. The service from the employees was fantastic, especially from Mrs. Rekha.
I know that the hotel aims to be environmentally friendly, but not having a refrigerator and air conditioning in the rooms,for the hot season we were going through, was really bad. The employee Rekha alleviated this problem by placing 2 fans in my room.
