Cityhub was a really exceptional experience, sleeping in a capsule made the trip nicer, lobby has nice corner the location is good nearby a food bazar street, not very far from all main attractions in amsterdam.
staff are less average to be honest, bathrooms and showers could be better.

i’ve stayed in one before in copenhagen and they are honestly so good, cheap stay in a good location with clean rooms and a comfortable bed and the shared bathrooms are very clean with high tech facilities

I was in CityHub Copenhagen and loved it because it was a walkable distance from central train station, well the one in Amsterdam is a good drive away from central station but everything was OK for me and worth my money. I love the arrangements. Very comfy and pocket friendly too. I sincerely wish there were CityHubs in all major cities ???
All the drinks didn't much their prices, I decided to buy my drinks from the supermarket every evening while going back to the Hub.

I absolutely love CityHub. I always sleep wonderfully well here, never feeling cold at all. Everything is clean and thoughtfully designed, with spaces where you can feel comfortable relaxing, playing, eating, and simply enjoying your time.
My biggest highlight is Matthias, he is an absolute star! Attentive, friendly, always with a big smile, and truly willing to help with anything. He makes the experience even more special.
They also have a cat in the common areas! ❤️
The only downside for me was that, having stayed in two other CityHubs before, this one was my least favorite in terms of the bathroom facilities. The bathroom area didn’t feel very “homely” compared to other CityHub locations, where I felt much more at home in that space.
It is also a bit far from the center of Amsterdam, but the tram takes you there in just a few minutes, and I definitely recommend using it.

The hotel staff were very helpful and attentive. The rooms and showers were very clean and pleasant. The area where the hotel is located is very enjoyable.You can spend enjoyable time in the lobby and prepare your own meals or drinks. It was a stay I truly enjoyed.
My only discomfort was that the hotel and the rooms were generally cold. Maybe it was just me, but I felt quite cold—even though I’m not usually someone who gets cold easily. I later found out that it was possible to get an extra heater or blanket for the room, but unfortunately that’s not the same as the space being properly heated.

This property was great. Firstly, the staff were very helpful, specifically Sharon. Any question wasn’t an issue and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for the stay. I arrived early to the property but thankfully was able to check in early as well. The room was very unique and very comfortable. Showers and toilets were exceptionally clean and accessible. The property is located directly opposite one of the best breakfast places I’ve ever been to, as well as countless other restaurants/cafes. Great access to the centre via tram (I used tram 17 predominately) and also walking distance to many of the major attractions.
I could only find tiny issues with this property. Firstly, the lights in the room. While you’re able to use your phone to change the LED lights, it’s not possible to keep them set to one specific colour or to dim them in anyway without going pitch black.
The property is not very accessible to less mobile people but that didn’t affect my stay.
