Like staying in a shared office environment. 24hr friendly staff. Rainshowers were great as was the "pod". Had an app to control lighting and alarm (lights coming on). Surprisingly quiet in the pod even though couple were staying directly above. All pods were one up one down. Good WiFi. With a local market right outside and easy access to Amsterdam.
Breakfast was just down the road at another location. Although it was okay it was overpriced at 15 Euros so I'd recommend going somewhere else instead and not paying for this as it bump[s up the cost of the stay.

This was my first solo trip and it was an amazing experience for me. CityHub is very comfortable, safe, cozy, clean, noiseless etc. Also CityHosts are very friendly and helpful people. It is so close to transportation and very easy to go to the centrum. If I would go to Amsterdam again I would definetly stay here!

This was such a cool experience, the pods were warm and cosy. The shower facilities were so nice and quite luxury.
The kitchen is all self service which is a really cool concept however the 3 draught beers were completely out the whole time.

The hub was about as large as expected, with a good-sized bed and enough space for storage of luggage. It does require a bit of effort to get in and out of the beds but there should be no issues for younger guests. The bathroom and shower areas were nicely maintained and very clean, and there was also a handy lobby area with snacks and drinks that can be purchased easily. The location was convenient for walking or using public transport to reach the city centre.
It is understandable that everything is optimised to save space, but a larger bin within the room would have been appreciated.

City Hub is placed near the food market, so you can find a lunch or dinner there. There are bathrobes and towels in the room. In the shared bathroom you can find Rituals shampoo and soap. Comfortable mattress in the room, thick blanket. Overall, the room doesn't feel claustrophobic, it's pretty comfortable. Very friendly staff (thanks Luka!), easy to check-in and check-out.
Pretty far from the city center. It was a bit cold in the capsule. Shower room is very cramped. Free space in the capsule is not enough for 2 people.

Great area of Amsterdam. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Despite the shared facilities they were very clean and tidy. I had no issues using them. Loved the little cat, Herman, too!

The staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly. The lockers to keep your stuff are amazing. The pods are super comfy and although small they are great for a city break. The bathrooms were so clean and the shower was amazing! I cannot recommend enough we were not described by noise or other guests at all it's got such a calm vibe and very welcoming.
Nothing honestly it was such a good stay.
