The idea is mind blowing and absolutely amazing, staff are lovely, location is phenomenal and defo would come back next summer
The main mattress underneath in the hub ((under the topping )) is bit in clean and need to be looked after, also toilets run out of paper towels end of the day. Also men’s showers sinks need unblocked they have odour and they are blocked due to heavy use( probably shaving)) . Also the main floor areas outside the bins need better hoovering by the cleaner staff
The sink at the reception need scrubbing and cleaning as it looked waxy and not clean

We liked the concept of the Hubs, and the main area is really cosy. Bathroms are clean and have everything you need.
Location was a little further out of the main area of Amsterdam. We didn't love that the shower and toilets were separated rooms.

Cityhub was a really exceptional experience, sleeping in a capsule made the trip nicer, lobby has nice corner the location is good nearby a food bazar street, not very far from all main attractions in amsterdam.

It wa VERY expensive for a hostel. Maybe it was just the Amsterdam martahon weekend that hiked up the prices
