Really central location, easy to walk everywhere. Comfortable room, friendly staff, fun decor.
Nothing really, although if you’re on the 4th or 5th floors it’s a lot of stairs!

The design of the hotel was so cool. The LEDs in the room and the bathroom wallpaper. The location was perfect, all I had to do was basically walk out the building.
The balcony wasn’t really a balcony, it was more just a ledge but still was nice to look down.

The beds are extremely comfortable, the bedding was very clean and there was good bedside power supply for charging phones. The free daily coffee pods were appreciated (although these were not replenished for the last day) and the shower was always warm. There's a TV with mainly English news channels. The location is very central and there is a tram stop very nearby, which makes it very simple to get around the city.
This is a typical historical building in Amsterdam and so it is very tall and thin. As a result the rooms are quite small with the bed taking up much of the space. Manoeuvring around to get into the far side bed was tricky and I hit my knee on the support beam a couple of times. The bathroom is not really a separate room, it is segregated by glass panelling and does not airlock the toilet from the rest of the room. The shower cubicle did leak some water into the main room, there were very small gaps in the plastic sealant so this is not a surprise. We used flannels to mop this up and our belongings did not get wet. There is no elevator and there are alot of stairs, so bear this in mind if you have mobility issues.

the hotel is tastefully renovated and location is perfect in Amsterdam. the staff was very attentive and helpful.
there are a lot of stairs but it did not bother us. we actually loved the challenge and it only added to the charm of the place.

Perfect location. Staff very friendly. Bedroom was lovey, clean and modern.
The bathroom sink was so small and the tap made water splash out everywhere onto the floor.

Very new and clean, great location right in the centre of Amsterdam, room although small had everything I needed and had a very comfy bed. Staff were all very nice and the restaurant they recommended was great!
The central location is a positive and negative being so central you can also hear the people outside and being centre of Amsterdam on a Saturday night it woke me up a few times. Also I could hear everything from rooms around me right up until 3am. Again it’s Amsterdam so somewhat expected.

Central location in the heart of the Rembrandt district. Nice and friendly staff. And a quiet room right under the roof with a nice view. We had a great time.

The hotel has everything one needs. Everything was perfect—the room was great, very comfortable, everything worked well. Maybe for us the rooms are a bit small, but it still had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, but above all, what stood out the most about the hotel was the staff. Every single person working there treated us wonderfully, and we especially want to highlight Joao’s work. He guided us, explained everything, was extremely kind to us, and helped us with several personal situations and questions we had about getting around the city and finding things. We thought there might be noise in the room, but no—the stay was perfect. All the hotel’s facilities are very, very, very good. Everything was excellent. Without a doubt, we would come back.

Great location in the centre of Amsterdam
It’s not the nicest of entrances and very steep stairs but it didn’t change how we felt about the hotel, it’s busy out in the Square but that is to be expected as well.

It was in a great location central to the coffee shops restaurants and centre of Amsterdam! It was really quirky!
There were a lot of stairs which was fine but something you may need to know! We were on the 4th floor but it was a great room! The shower leaked into the toilet area which was annoying but they know about this issue! I felt for the money, this was a bit naughty!
