Our deluxe room consisted off a dirty wall view, fan extractor and cigarette butt ends. Extremely noisy, no view, no light and dirty air. Leaking shower, poor cleaning service. Cold room.

The property was in a perfect location. Central to all attractions and within 10 to 15 minutes walk. The rooms were clean and new, beds comfortable , and the staff were extremely helpful. We also met the owner of the property who was extremely polite, helpful and supportive. The staff were as accommodating and helpful. We stopped there for my son‘s 18th. We had a fantastic short break, if we were to return to Amsterdam we would definitely stop in this hotel perfect location, lovely rooms and friendly staff.

Hotel very good location, tram line 1 min walk from hotel, Starbucks, shops, restaurants right beside property- Very comfortable & clean, staff were extremely helpful and happy to give guidance regarding getting around the city/ excursions
Make sure to have drinks/snacks as no bar/shop inside the property

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful
The check in is too late, perhaps it could be changed to 14:00? Also the shower was not completely isolated so there was water on the room floor after taking a shower, so I had to put most towels on the floor.

The location of the property is perfect! Right in the middle of loads of food places and bars. I went in December and the ice rink was right outside my window. A short walk to a lovely bar restaurant ‘Kitchen & Bar Van Rijn B.V.’ A pub across the road which was ‘sisters pub’ Also a short walk from ‘coco outback’ bar. The rooms were quirky and had everything you need essentially also very clean. Staff were so friendly and I even got allowed to check in early which was amazing. I will definitely return to this hotel. A friend who was visiting also said they would book this hotel as I showed them around the room. Very good price for the location also.
There isn’t anything I disliked :)
