The staff were so friendly. It felt very secure and the place was incredibly clean and fresh. Bedroom was comfortable and looked great.

the location was good because it was easily walkable to most attractions, but not good for the bar scene
the fact that people partied until 5am and the noise was awful and the smell of smoke was really bad. Then at 6am the bar staff was closing and you could hear all the trash cans being moved out. Really really loud!!!
Rooms are also extremely small and the steep steps to get inside to the reception and then more steps to each floor.

Our deluxe room consisted off a dirty wall view, fan extractor and cigarette butt ends. Extremely noisy, no view, no light and dirty air. Leaking shower, poor cleaning service. Cold room.

The property was in a perfect location. Central to all attractions and within 10 to 15 minutes walk.
The rooms were clean and new, beds comfortable , and the staff were extremely helpful. We also met the owner of the property who was extremely polite, helpful and supportive. The staff were as accommodating and helpful. We stopped there for my son‘s 18th. We had a fantastic short break, if we were to return to Amsterdam we would definitely stop in this hotel perfect location, lovely rooms and friendly staff.

Hotel very good location, tram line 1 min walk from hotel, Starbucks, shops, restaurants right beside property- Very comfortable & clean, staff were extremely helpful and happy to give guidance regarding getting around the city/ excursions
Make sure to have drinks/snacks as no bar/shop inside the property
