Disappointing
The property location is perfect , clean and very accessible with public transport
The receptionist aleketta I think was not helpful at all and she was giving us attitude and, once I arrived after a long trip and I was exhausted me and my wife and we have a large luggage, my room was on the 4th floor so I asked if there is an elevator she said no and sarcastically asked us is it ur first time in Amsterdam and i answered no it’s my 6th time she said all Amsterdam doesn’t have elevators , I understand that there is a lot of hotels doesn’t have elevators but I all the hotels that I stayed in Amsterdam did have an elevator, any way I asked her if there is someone to help us with the luggage to the 4th floor and she also said no and she didn’t even care , I hade to take all my luggage to the 4th floor and I hurt my back doing this which was so inconvenient as I went up and down for 3 times to move all my luggage. And there was also 2 other situations which I faced with her. And also she refused to store our luggage for free at our checkout unless I leave a good review which I refused and she made me pay 15 euros to store my luggage .

My stay was very convenient. The place was very clean and really friendly staff. They are very helpful ladies. One of them assisted me with my luggages despite there was no elevator. Only 14 min walk to the dam square, i enjoyed the walk while heading there. However, the middle ground lil bit noisy when it’s crowded in the night. But it didn’t feel dab for me. It was vey cheerful to hear people laughing and celebrating in the night.

The location! What a great spot!
Probably the stairs, they’re quite risky I kinda twisted my foot. The steps are quite short in length if that makes sense.

Great place to stay for a quick visit to Amsterdam. I love Rembrandt square it’s a great part of the city with lots of restaurants and night life. Close to shopping and the museums. The hotel was cute and comfy. Staff was amazing. And I was surprised how quiet it was despite being so close to the square. Would definitely stay again!

You can't beat the location, in terms of it being close to the life and action of central Amsterdam. The building has character - it doesn't feel generic and modern, so you feel more like you are part of the city and not just a tourist. And the staff were exceptionally cordial.
The location means that it is also close to noisy areas - trash trucks early in the morning, revelers and streetcars late into the evening. It's a walk-up, no elevator, which is going to be rough after a few trips, and if you have heavy luggage. If you have mobility issues, it might be best to book another place.

Location was great, clean rooms
The solution with the combined door for shower and toilet, tight passage around the bed, alot of noise came through the windows, like it was open. The shower didn't have a hand held piece, the faucet over the sink was too high and splattered everywhere, and could have some more storage space near the door.

Cramped tiny room, you could hardly move around the bed, crazy noisy facing huge square with hundreds drunk people, not able to sleep, red flag was ear plugs on the table! no privacy- bathroom part of room, divided just by glass. So if you using toilet - partner sees you and smell everything. No elevator - super steep little carpet staircase. We have to move to another hotel next morning. It was called business executive suite!. Staff told us we will be charged anyway for 3 days. Do not book this place ! Worse hotel in my life and I have been to hundreds all around the world as I work in travel business.

Lovely staff, newly redone room. Clean, modern.
Street noise in the room was extraordinary. Cannot be overstated. The windows need to be double-paned, soundproofed. This a lively area, Rembrandt Plein. Many young and old partiers. If your goal is to “party” and have a close-by crash pad, this would work. If you want a night’s sleep, not a good choice.

The location is great, right in Rembrandt Square. The hotel is recently renovated with a great modern art feel. They have 24/7 staff at the front desk and you have to be buzzed in to enter which makes it feel extra safe.
Not a huge deal unless you have mobility issues but there is not an elevator, so it was a trek up 5 flights with heavy luggage from an international trip. The rooms are quite small but that didn't bother us since we were out and about all day.
