Disappointing
The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were polite.
The room was approximately 10 meters square. It was occupied by a bed, small wall desk with chair, toilet, shower, small bedside table (next to the window), and a pole with hangers for clothes. In the toilet was a sink and lighted mirror. A shampoo, conditioner, and a tiny round bar of soap were next to the sink. The tiny bottles (travel size?) of shampoo and conditioner were both approximately 1/8 full, if that. Towels were on the toilet and sink because that's the only place where they would fit. There was a warning that the shower could leak onto the floor of the room, due to a construction fault, and that they were working to resolve this. The desk was mostly taken over by a coffee pot and kettle, which contained about 100 ml of water. There were 2 tea bags, both Earl Grey. There were no "complimentary coffee capsules," (with extras costing 3 Euro for 2 or 2 Euro for 1) as stated on the Welcome to City Hotel Rembrandt Square notice on the desk. While checking in, I heard another guest ask about coffee in the rooms, and the receptionist told her that coffee capsules cost 2 Euro each, without mention of complimentary capsules. Are they complimentary, or not? It's a small kindness to give a weary traveler coffee to make a cup or two. This newly renovated room had a comfortable bed, but with the "humorous?" door and shower signs reminding me of previous occupants and their antics, I was less inclined to feel as if the bed were clean, and not just comfortable.

Very clean and new! It also felt very safe. 24/7 reception was nice to have, along with a great location. Beds very comfy!
Only complaint would be the room size. They are quite small but it was still plenty for me being a solo traveler. However, if you’re visiting a city, you shouldn’t spend much time in the hotel anyway

Good
the location was good because it was easily walkable to most attractions, but not good for the bar scene
the fact that people partied until 5am and the noise was awful and the smell of smoke was really bad. Then at 6am the bar staff was closing and you could hear all the trash cans being moved out. Really really loud!!!
Rooms are also extremely small and the steep steps to get inside to the reception and then more steps to each floor.

Very Good
Really central location, easy to walk everywhere. Comfortable room, friendly staff, fun decor.
Nothing really, although if you’re on the 4th or 5th floors it’s a lot of stairs!

Location location location. They give you ear plugs to get rid of the city noise due to the amazing location! Adorable room and comfortable beds! Small room but you don’t spend much time in it anyways. Staff is super sweet!
25 stairs to get up to the lobby but a few stairs never killed anyone. Just be aware if you can’t do stairs.

Disappointing
We were generally satisfied when we visited your hotel. However, I would like to share something that bothered us. The female receptionist at the reception on the day we checked out was extremely rude to us. And she continued this attitude from the first day we entered the hotel. We find rudeness unacceptable as a hotelier. And people who scold hotel guests and behave disrespectfully beyond their limits should not work in the service sector. For this reason alone, we do not plan to visit your hotel again and not recommend it to our friends.

Pleasant
it was clean, the location was perfect.
We had to go ask them for towels and a hairdryer. When one takes a shower the water goes all over the bathroom floor. We couldn’t open the windows because they were broken.
