Compact room but with all the amenities. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful and the location was in walking distance of where I wanted to visit.
The street could be a little noisy but the hotel can't help that.

Location and staff. Comfortable bed. Coffee and tea in the room. Quiet. Aircon.
Rather small room. Less privacy in bathroom so best for single or a couple that knows each other well… No communal area for chat or work. Steep narrow staircase from the street.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The reception staff were very helpful and could even store our bags after we checked out for the final day. The location at Rembrandt square is easy to get to from the station by tram which is convenient and it is in good place for exploring the city centre.

The location is good and great restaurants and shops very close. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is different, colorful and has character. Good wifi.
You have to go to another hotel for breakfast, there was some noise in the evenings, there is no common area to sit which would be good because the rooms are small. There is no lift and the steps in the stairs are narrow and 5 floors.

The location is very good, in the centre of the city. The room was cute and the staff was really kind. Everything was super clean !
Maybe the stairs, but knowing how Amsterdam is I was expecting a lot of stairs without elevator. The only flaw would be the sound from the AC vent and from the neighbours.

Disappointing
The room was small but clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel does not have any breakfast facilities and you get a voucher for breakfast at another hotel around the corner. The breakfast buffet is good and generous. Ideal location if you want to enjoy the night life and don't mind loud singing outside at 5am (less ideal if you do).
The room was already prepaid. When arriving we were requested to have an additional deposit of EUR 250 blocked on our credit card and to sign a declaration the hotel can claim the deposit if we damage the room, check out too late or lose the keys (two standard plastic cards). It makes you wonder what guests the place caters for if they have to protect the rooms like this. The "bathroom" is a narrow cubicle attached to the wall of the bedroom with the entire length facing the room made from (partially opaque) glass and gives you very little privacy.
