Good
Location was great
Breakfast vouchers paid for one day (50€) however didn’t manage to go. There was no refund although was not used. Completely useless and weird without service not ti return the main. It’s written in the remarks so be careful. Pay only on day you will go for not before or previous night.

The property is in a good location
Not clean. The pillows had dirt on them. Me and my partner both had bites after staying in the bed. Very noisy at night. You have to ring a doorbell for reception to let you in (you can be waiting up to 10 mins late at night for them to answer). The reason this property has good reviews is because of you want to leave your bags before you check in or after you check out - you have to pay £5 per item unless you lave a review.

Central location, next to Rembrandtplein, a food store and all you need. Nice and fresh room/bathroom.
Steep steps to fifth floor…but that’s Amsterdam. Found silverfish in the bathroom. Would have liked a little fridge in the room, and some more clothes hangers.

Wonderful
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location with good public transport connections. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was modern and well maintained.
The room was a bit small

Poor
It's in the perfect location which made it easy to navigate around Amsterdam.
The booking.com listing stated that 1. Breakfast was included (it was NOT!) and 2. They had bikes on site to borrow (and they did NOT!) These were both frustrating as these are the reasons I booked the hotel!
AND both showers in both rooms leaked water and got several of our items wet outside of the bathroom.

Poor
The location
I had to carry my 2 suitcases up to the 4th floor and I had a back problem. The stairs were sharp. Nobody was there to help me besides the receptionist which I didn’t ask for help because she was the only person at the reception. Once I opened the door the room was so tiny the door hit the bed. (Also the bed size was too small) I couldn’t move around in the room at all and the bathroom was right next to the bed. I paid around €247 for the night and I’m glad it was only for one night because i couldn’t stay any longer in that tiny room.
Once you enter the building you had to take a tiny and sharp staircase to reach the reception with no chair to sit. Also, they charged me €5 per suitcase to keep them in storage after my checkout and they said if I write a review at that moment it will be free.

Very Good
Stunning decor, easy access and brilliant location.
Bit noisy outside but expected, and the stairs were a workout but other than that everything was great.

Location
There is no lift
I was given 5th floor and I had to climb up to sharp stairs all the way with my luggage after such a trip.
The room was top floor and low sealing. Was not comfortable for a person 190cm high

Disappointing
The property location is perfect , clean and very accessible with public transport
The receptionist aleketta I think was not helpful at all and she was giving us attitude and, once I arrived after a long trip and I was exhausted me and my wife and we have a large luggage, my room was on the 4th floor so I asked if there is an elevator she said no and sarcastically asked us is it ur first time in Amsterdam and i answered no it’s my 6th time she said all Amsterdam doesn’t have elevators , I understand that there is a lot of hotels doesn’t have elevators but I all the hotels that I stayed in Amsterdam did have an elevator, any way I asked her if there is someone to help us with the luggage to the 4th floor and she also said no and she didn’t even care , I hade to take all my luggage to the 4th floor and I hurt my back doing this which was so inconvenient as I went up and down for 3 times to move all my luggage. And there was also 2 other situations which I faced with her. And also she refused to store our luggage for free at our checkout unless I leave a good review which I refused and she made me pay 15 euros to store my luggage .
