Very Good
All new and modern, everything was comfortable and the hotel is in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Not the hotel's fault, but there was a lot of noise outside all night and as it is an old building the windows didn't block this out very well. Also, my room was on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.

Great location and Newley renovated, staff we kind and the place was very clean. Would deffo stay again when visting Amsterdam.
Some more shower gel and shampoo also a conditioner which wasn't available.

Intercom on door to get in. More like rent a room than hotel. Expensive for the room could have got better rooms for.alot cheaper. Steep narrow stairs. 250 deposit had to be paid when you checkin for 2 people. Was glad it was only 1 night.

Comfy beds, amazing showers. The rooms were decorated fantastically.

The shower only. Online I booked a large bed not twin. I was told there are only twins. Also felt very cold
It was more about the staff. I have never been made too feel this way checking in to a hotel. And if I hadn’t paid a non refundable room I’d have definitely booked somewhere else. There is nothing really wrong with the hotel apart from the cleaning,the rooms were sticky and felt dirty as if someone just sprayed it with lots of spray and not cleaned correctly. I say sprayed because the bed felt damp.

The bed was comfortable and the receptionist was very friendly.
The room was very cold despite putting the heating on for a long time. Plus it was very noisy outside our bedroom window from the square.
