Friendly staff, breakfast included, close to the station, clean, kettle in the room.
I thought when the reviews said the ceilings were really low, I would be ok since I'm 5ft 7 and shorter and the average UK male. However, even I had to stoop! So bear this in mind. The mattress was also really bouncy and it was uncomfortable to sleep. I did expect a bit better for the price

Booked a double bed but it was 2 singles together with a topper on. One of my pet hates as they are never comfortable.

Location is near to Amsterdam Central only 5 minutes walk, all the resto, cafe and night streets are very near, Museum and other attraction are also good in reach, the hotel is comfortable and all the staff reception, restaurant, cleaners are very very supportive and friendly.
Staff, Rooms, Restaurant and location. I did enjoy my stay in this hotel. it is very near to Amsterdam Centraal, It is also very close to all the other attraction and location in Amsterdam

Room- tooo small ( no space at all ) ,on website room size was specified bigger than at the reality , not clean floor,dirty walls! Toooo expensive for all this ! Would not stay again … Disappointed!
