The location of the hotel is great. Everything was at arms length. Located near a metro station and the central station makes moving around the city really easy. At the same time it was easy to find things to do around. The staff was happy to accomodate every need. Thank you!

Short walk from city centre and popular tourist attractions
No fresh milk on site for making hot drinks even after asking hotel receptionist. Local shops nearby if you were desperate but the hotel offer unlimited powdered creamer.
Breakfast could be better - perhaps a selection of more cooked items (bacon, sausages, eggs etc), more fruit options and oats. Though had all the necessities like cereal, pastries, toast and spreads.

very good breakfast room small but with all required,,, lots of hot water ,,, could do with a few coat hooks very quiet at the back of the hotel.. but no view.

Very good position (10 minutes walk from Amsterdam Centraal Station and away from the busy streets of the city center) and the staff was very helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean, breakfast had a lot of variety for every taste. It was fun also to try for the first time one typical/original Dutch staircase (the steps are very narrow).
