Location is great, 7 minutes ride from Schipol Airport to Station Zuid, and just 5 minutes walk to the Hotel.Trams 5 and 25 right across the street, so you're in city center in 10 minutes.The guys keep your luggage before or after check in or out, to go explore. Great place to stay. Zuid area very modern and leafy.

I loved the option to choose between a room with a street or garden view, the room was comfy but tiny. All of the facilities were clean and available and I love how simple everything was to use. Also, the breakfast is great!

Bombarded by clerks on check in and check out Defeating the point of automated check in? I couldn’t physically check in due to questions from the clerk about where I’ve came from and where I’m going Which is lovely and good service sure, but also pointless having automated self check in

Clean, friendly staff who help you check in and out.
Not really dislikes, I wasn't really bothered. But some feedback: I feel like the tv lagged a little and sometimes malfunctioned (clicking on some (unavailable?) channels would make the screen go black and you could only get the tv back to working by turning it off and back on). In addition, I would've like a tool to get some of the water in the shower out, before taking a new one. The water pools a little, and stepping back into the cold, wet shower (even after several hours) is a little uncomfortable because of that. Lastly, why are the glass doors on the toilet frosted, but not the shower? There is a curtain, but I think the added level of privacy there would be nice. But again, just some feedback.

Very clean and neat hotel! It was one of the best hotels i have stayed in with my husband during our euro trip, the hotel is all smart and the room has an ipad that you can control everything through. The neighborhood is luxurious and calm not like the center, its 5 mins walking to amsterdam zuid station where you can take a train to the center in 10 mins! Overall the experience was beyond perfection, very professional staff! Thank you so much and definitely its not our last time.
