I had a great stay at citizenM Amsterdam South—it's a smart, stylish hotel with a unique room setup that's compact yet thoughtfully designed for travellers who appreciate efficiency and creativity. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit, adding a personal and friendly touch. One of the standout features was the availability of bikes, which made it easy and fun to explore the city like a local. Overall, a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a modern, no-fuss experience with excellent service and a cool atmosphere.
While the room cleaning missed a few minor items, it didn’t detract from the overall positive experience.

The staff is very kind and ready to support you. The bed was incredibly comfortable! They offer free bikes that you can use and in 20 minutes you're in the city center. The location is really nice and you can discover the less touristic area, it was really a pleasure.
The bathroom is not really privacy friendly.

Location is great, breakfeast is decent and the bed is quite comfy, The personal while quite young and not that experienced was doing its best to make my stay as good as possible
It's a concept hotel and you pay a lot for some out-of-fashion gimmicks : the shower is in the middle of room, most of everything in the room is controlled with a pad that is quite clunky and sluggish to use and apart from the bed everything is so tiny... The free wi-fi is quite slow and the self-check in/check out is not you want to take time to understand after a 6 hours travel to a new city... Some could like it but I rather stay at a more "boring" and classic hotel.

Nice hotel, very boujee and very different. Overall a positive experience.
Rooms are a bit small and quite expensive for what you get.
