Very clean, comfy bed but built in an alcove as room so small so you had to climb out the bottom of the bed.
The room was very small and although all controls were through an iPad it was not clear you had to book a room clean. Check in and out is self service and did not work for not only us but the others travelling as well.

Excellent location well served by public transport -metro and tram right outside of the hotel. Bed is very comfortable and the tablet to control lights etc is very innovative- very impressed. Very quiet also which I loved. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful!
Would be nice to have some sort of light switch for the bathroom separate to all other lights but over nothing negative to say.

Modern, compact hotel room. Big comfortable 6ft bed (access from end of bed). Great big shower. Very clean and quiet hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Didnt have breakfast. Fabulous bakery next door for breakfast. About 20/25 mins walk to centre of Amsterdam. Nice area of city. Perfect hotel and location. Would return.
Compact room but cant complain as perfect for a short city break.

That it was in a quieter area
However, due to the location, it lacked the buzz we have experienced in other Citizen Ms. Ate in one evening but were only ones eating and food was not hot enough

A great experience! Very good and new hotel with very nice lobby with free fruits, water and soda. Great place to sit and relax. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Amazing, welcoming and fiendly staff. There is even a very nice bakery next door. Highly recommend.
The only issue is location... about 25 minute walk from the center. We did not mind. You can take the metro that is 1 minute walk from the hotel.

Location right next to tram stop. Nice area and great view from the room on 4th floor.
You don't get a kettle in the room if you want a tea or a coffee.

The bed was comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was lacking. No sausages in the cooked breakfast selection. Only scrambled eggs instead of individual eggs. On one day, the mushrooms were replaced by baked potatoes. The bacon was wafer thin. The fruit salad was wanting in variety and amount. Regarding the room, a wet towel was rolled up and placed on top of other towels. I was unsure if the towels had been replaced with new, fresh ones; or were simply unwashed and folded again to be re-used.
