The staff who assisted me during check in .hllHe was very nice and kind.
First too small rooms.you can't breathe. No kettle for coffee or hot chocolate. Not even a glass to use or a cup. To think I paid more to Citizen M than what I paid at Hyatt Regency Amsterdam the previous night. Very expensive for the space.

Great location near the metro and a very nice bakery, also close to some good restaurants and a grocery store. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and good water pressure in the shower.
The room was very small with limited storage for luggage and personal belongings. The bed was awkward to get in and out of for the person sleeping against the wall.

The bed was wedged in with only room to crawl into it. Not at all good for someone with failing legs and 80 years old. Breakfast was okay. Nice coffee service. Friendly staff. Very small rooms.

A small, efficient room, perfectly located in the city. Right next to an outstanding bakery and an underground stop. Across the street from a tram stop. Excellent breakfast, too.

Public transportation at your door.
Mostly all good. Only suggestion would be if iPad provided had more local recommendations and hotel information and check out instructions that would be helpful. Also a maybe luggage stand would be helpful..

Great offf the beaten path quite location super clean 24/7 in hotel and staff was amazing . Even had umbrellas for you to use Check in was 2 pm too
