The breakfasts were incredible , clean accommodations, the staff were VERY helpful with tips to get to the actual downtown areas of Amsterdam
The hotel is situated in a shopping area that vehicles can’t get right up to, our uber driver was lost for s minute, but we found it…you’ll get to ride the ‘tram’ (light rail to me) from the hotel to downtown, about a half hour away.

I enjoyed the staff who checked us in! They were super helpful and really kind.
Our toilet didn't flush properly, we asked the reception to have a look while we were out but unfortunately there was no change when we came back to the hotel.

Not much really.
Our beds weren´t properly made. Someone just pulled the cover up. Had to ask for bath gel since we were given 1 small tube for 2 people staying 3 nights and no replenishment during our stay. Expensive breakfast. Overpriced for the place it is.

very clean, friendly and helpful staff, and a lovely shower! also, very conveniently located next to the tram. the staff in particular were so welcoming, kind, and accommodating!
the only thing i would give a heads up about is that the bathroom “door” is a glass door that is mostly not see through, but definitely not soundproof

We liked the location, it was very convenient and also the free parking was really good, the staff were nice and very helpful. It was a good value for money.
The rooms are very small and cold, the heating didn’t work, there was mold on the curtains, we checked that out because we saw it in a review and yeah it was really there, though we told the lady at the reception and she had the curtain taken out
