Very Good
Location was out of town a little, but very convenient for the event I was attending. Breakfast was very good, staff were very attentive and helpful. Room was a little cramped - not an issue for me as I was out for the whole visit, and larger rooms are available - I knew what was on offer in advance, and good value for Amsterdam. Well connected with city centre via direct tram, and easy to get to the airport.

Very Good
The staff
The bed sheets had food stains, and ladies hair.

Poor
Nothing.
The room was so small the bed touched each wall. You had to crawl into and out of bed from the end. This caused the mattress to slide away from the top. This room was too small to be a double and even as a single it would be cramped. There was certainly no room for two people to stand properly. There is no easy access to the hotel as it is in a square in a shopping precinct. The parking is free but one block over. There's road closures around making vehicle access difficult. The bathroom had a shower and toilet. The sink was at end of bed where you had to shave and brush your teeth. There was nowhere too sit except on the bed where your knees were almost touching the sink. The room was clean and clean towels etc. But that doesn't make up for the fact it is so small. I can't emphasise that enough.

Very clean rooms. Nice breakfast but only cold foods. No toast etc… on a tram route. Supermarket nearby. Blackout bedrooms
Very small rooms. No bin in bedroom. Only a small bathroom bin. Pretty basic breakfast.
