I liked the parking and the staff and I liked the bathroom. The bed was average.
The noise and the room was a bit cold as temp went back with aircon.
In the morning I discovered the heater fan. Wish I had known that before.
Parking was a bit further away from hotel but manageable however a drop and go parking would have been ideal.
Overall not too shabby.

Great location, great parking. Very very friendly staff. Easy to get around and many shops and food places nearby
The only thing we didn’t like were the pillows. Would have liked then to be firmer as they were very soft and unsupportive

We booked a room without window because this was a short stay. It was very clean and bed was very comfy. Staff was super nice and friendly.
If the room doesn’t have a window it would be good to instal better lights because it was a bit dark like in the cave :)

Citiez hotel in Amsterdam was a great experience. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure that we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The room was clean and the linens were also bright white and clean. We used public transportation to go around the city and there is a tram stop (tram 17) right next to the hotel which was very convenient. The hotel also provides breakfast which was great! It was always fresh and well stocked. The coffee was also very good. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this hotel.
The only draw back was the glass door for the bathroom, it didn't provide enough privacy. This might not be a problem for most people, I just wished there was a regular door to the bathroom/toilet.

Staff were extremely helpful and cheerful. The free parking was great and very convenient. Bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Tram line very near also.
Would have liked something hot for breakfast. A little far out but the tram was nearby.

It’s a cute place close to a shopping mall, convenient access to everything with free continental breakfast and very friendly helpful staff. This place was a home away from home, with coffee and drinks at the all day Citiez coffee shop. The rooms were small but cozy. I saw many families and they were feeling safe in this place.
A little away from major sights but we liked that, if you can take the tram it is helpful.
