Great value for money considering it’s in Amsterdam. Room was clean and comfortable and it had a nice balcony. Would definitely recommend

The breakfast was not bad
We were a family of three. I booked a normal room, and when we arrived, i found out that it is on the fourth floor (elevator only reaches the third floor). We had to climb the stairs a few times each day with heavy luggage first and last day (no one even helped) and during our stay with shopping stuff. I was shocked to find that the room is a two-story room (also very compact), and that was very tiring and disturbing during sleep because anyone who needed to use the toilet during the night had to go down the wooden stairs to the lower level and that was very noisy for people sleeping. It was not mentioned on the website that it is two levels!

Nice, clean hotel located in a very interesting building. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is easy to reach by public transport from the city center or the airport. The room was big, comfortable and with a clean, spacious bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, with many options for hot and cold foods and I really enjoyed the breakfast area which was partially overlooking into the inner courtyard.

The bathroom was modern. Sink was large. Shower was large and hand good pressure . The room was very large by Europe standards.
The hotel is right outside a school. They did not share this information with me. Every morning the noise from the school woke me up. 8am. Children playing outside. They should not charge guests who stay in such rooms the same amount. And there should have been full disclosure.
They also put me a room facing the laundry storage. While still sleeping at 7am, the housekeeping is making such loud noises talking, and bringing out laundry materials. It was a very unpleasant experience
