The room was really nice. It includes all we needed and even more. The location is good, but not central. Approximately 20-30 min with tram to center.

Nice modern bathroom

Property was situated in a quiet location with public transport easily accessible. We found the location perfectly fine as we are able to walk to the city maybe older people may fine walking arduousZ

Nice, clean hotel located in a very interesting building. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is easy to reach by public transport from the city center or the airport. The room was big, comfortable and with a clean, spacious bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, with many options for hot and cold foods and I really enjoyed the breakfast area which was partially overlooking into the inner courtyard.

The bathroom was modern. Sink was large. Shower was large and hand good pressure . The room was very large by Europe standards.
The hotel is right outside a school. They did not share this information with me. Every morning the noise from the school woke me up. 8am. Children playing outside. They should not charge guests who stay in such rooms the same amount. And there should have been full disclosure.
They also put me a room facing the laundry storage. While still sleeping at 7am, the housekeeping is making such loud noises talking, and bringing out laundry materials. It was a very unpleasant experience

Loved the location - perfect if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre but close enough not to feel like you're travelling forever.
Staff were very accommodating, one night there was too much noise from another room and they sorted this out the best they could. I was very appreciative. The breakfast was superb!!!! If you stay here you have to book in with breakfast.
The bathroom was a little cold but nothing you can't deal with. The time of year probably didn't help.

- Staff were polite and very helpful. We had a small issue with the room, but they handled it quickly and very well.
- An early check-in option was available for our room, which was really convenient.
- The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean.
- The bed and pillows were the comfiest we have ever slept on.
- It was really noisy during working hours because there is a kindergarten next to the hotel.
- The empty mini fridge.
- The hotel is on the pricier side, but the comfort and service make it worth it
