Lovely building, breakfast room is very pleasantly decorated. Rooms were okay but not at the same level as the common areas. Tv was outdated Staff were very friendly Breakfast was good Location is quite good, peaceful area bit of a walk from the center
Breakfast service could do a bit of a faster refill for the foods. Sound isolation not very good in rooms

The room was quite big and comfortable, as well as the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious although not included so we had to pay for that. The hotel is located in a quite neighborhood. Although to go to the historical area, walking will take 40 minutes, better by car or bus. Close by there are restaurants and supermarkets. Staff is helpful and friendly.
The only inconvenience is that the lifter was not working but the staff helped us to bring luggage to the third floor. I also thought that the hotel will be at walking distance to the historical city of Amsterdam

Great hotel, albeit a bit faraway from the city center. Close to the public transport stations so it's a big plus. Breakfast is OK. The hotel is in a quiet residential area so it is great for resting. It is my 2nd time staying there and everything was stellar both times.

Such a marvelous hotel! The room was wonderful. The breakfast was divine. We had a fantastic room with an extra comfortable bed. The shower was super! The location was great. So close to restaurants and shops. So glad we booked this. Highly recommended and we'd stay again. Thanks to all the staff.

Great room suited for 3 with a separation. beautiful building and facility. really great distance from everything we needed. nice neighborhood. having the dance school (with the gym) next door was a great plus with atmosphere and a young spirit
Last floor was without elevator (challenging with 3 suitcases) Water hot/cold in shower was problematic and unstable

A cozy refuge from Amsterdam's miserable climate with generally friendly staff. I have mobility issues and appreciated teir concern, especually at breakfast.
One or two of the late-night receptionists need more training and the hotel is largely hidden from the street and needs a sign.

Amazing value for the money, great location, facilities and comfortable beds. Breakfast was very nice, served until 11:00 - which was great.
The breakfast is served until 11:00am , however at 10:45 am the ladies are starting to clean your table regardless if you finished or not.
