Lovely clean rooms ...Good selection for breakfast staff very friendly and helpful
Could have done with a second mirror in bedroom 406..only bathroom mirror for 3 ladies ...not ideal

This was one of the best stays we had so far this year. The hotel is spotless clean, staff is very nice and welcoming, breakfast was exceptional including anything you would expect. Our room was beautiful including a huge bathroom which had a bath & a shower. The bed was very comfortable 100%. Would recommend this hotel for sure. We will be back.

-amazing selection for breakfast
-decor was lovely
-bed was comfortable
-nice thick curtains to block the light out at bed time
-lovely to get a keyring when we checked out from reception
-not noisy
-good location
-got a bottle and two glasses of Prosecco
-just a couple of things notes on cleanliness: some tiles lower down on the shower needed a bit more of a scrub as there were black marks, one part on the left side of the shower needed a bit more of a clean there was a bit of purple/pink shampoo with two black hairs on it, I moved my bedside lamps and found some grit/dust when I moved the lamp.

Excellent hotel! The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the facilities were great - super clean! Breakfast buffet was superb!! Highly recommend - will definitely stay here next time we are in Amsterdam.

The facilities were clean and well looked after. All the staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast service was fantastic with a great number of options. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.
There was nothing wrong with the hotel or the hotel service. The only problem I had was that the guests in the room next to me made a lot of noise in the evening (it sounded like they were scraping the metal grates in their room or moving furniture).
