Very clean property with spacious rooms
The decor was all over the place, very hodge podge . The air conditioner was poor, the motion light in the bathroom was very annoying as it would go off if shower and when getting ready.

The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly.
There was absolutely no soundproofing. When someone was walking in the room above us, the walls in our room would literally shake. I woke up several times during the night because people were walking and talking loudly in the hallway. The room was also very cold. Another unpleasant surprise was that the windows were sealed shut, so there was no way to open them if needed. The description, photos, and listed amenities of the hotel do not match reality and are in no way worth the money we paid.

Lovely hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly.
Our room was very big with a huge bed, it was so comfortable. Nice big bathroom and very roomy shower. Excellent facilities. Prior to travelling I enquired about what toiletries there were in the room and discovered on arrival that they had even put a travel size hair conditioner in the bathroom for me. Couldn't ask for a better hotel. Definitely will be returning.
The one and only problem was it was a long walk into the centre of Amsterdam but the fact it wasn't central was reflected in the very good price.

Quiet and nice part of Amsterdam, 20 minutes by foot for the Dam. The hotel is ok, very clean, nice staff.
Amsterdam is very expensive city for hotels.

From the moment we stepped off the tram from the airport, we fell in love with the location. Tucked away with a wonderful vibe of the dance studio and the kids playing. So quiet and lovely. The staff was beyond kind and every morning brought my son a Chocomel without asking as he stated how much he liked it on the first morning. The breakfast room was our favorite and the breakfast was an delicious and abundant array of all you can imagine. A brilliant way to start the say. Our room was perfect and allowed for the three of us to stay together but my son had the bottom level and we had the cute upper floor. We rented bikes from the hotel and they were in great shape and we had an incredible day cycling the city. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus, fantastic grocery, bakery and so many restaurants close by plus a walk to Vondelpark :) Writing this review makes me miss it again!!!! We couldn't have been happier.

very good breakfast. Gluten free very good options. The team that served the breakfast was wonderful. The main person responsible for breakfast bake a special gluten free apple pie for us taht was very delicious!!
At the first day the toilets were not clean enough, but that was taken care immediately.
