Very well appointed room with everything I needed. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Excellent breakfast that's definitely worth the price. Good location if you want some distance from the hordes of tourists in the city centre.
Not much to fault it. Some minor confusion about the check-out time. I asked the front desk if I could stay a bit past noon and the attendant said they wouldn't start charging until 1 pm, but then got a call just after noon wondering when I was leaving. In the end, we agreed to disagree with no charge so ended on good terms.

Friendly staff, a nice and clean room with a cosy bed, very quiet in a residential area with good connections to Amsterdam's public transportation system (there is a bus stop basically right next to the hotel). We enjoyed our stay very much.

The service provided by the staff was very good. Since our arrival they offered help and guidance to make our stance comfortable
The soap container in the bathroom sink didn’t function. The water temperature in the shower changes unexpectedily from very cold to very hot.

Nice place, very comfortable and equipped. Had a great experience. Close by to a wonderful park.
For some reason, Dutch people wash the dishes using a brush and not a sponge. Maybe leave in the rooms one. Not that close to the center but OK using public transportation.

Easy access to the center of the city, the Conference center (RAI Amsterdam) and the airport. Understanding how the public transportation system works is a little challenging, but the system itself is excellent

The location was close to the city center and close to train station and bicycle rental. We had the Cozy room and the bathroom was awesome with a big shower. Queen bed was also very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone staying in Amsterdam who wants to stay close to the city center while also being in a quiet area.

the location
arriving the property,the manager had not sent us the codes to enter our rooms.We got on the phone he was giving and no body answered.We lose two hours and fortunately a nice lady who was staying above us helped calling,by sending messages and eventually sent codes.we dont have any support fom the owner!!! the breakfast was very poor.only one cofe and one croissant.The elevator was too smal only for one person

I went out an exit that I didn’t know was a fire exit and was unable to get back into the building until I called my husband and the concierge got a key to help me get out of the theatre room. It ended up being funny but maybe add a sign on that exit that it’s only for an emergency?

Unusual but beautiful catholic church/ rectory converted building, huge most comfortable bed, large room with kitchenette, 1 min to a supermarket, 6 min walk to train/metro while not right in the city it was great location.Has a beautiful bar area unfortunately not open or in use at the time.
The kitchenette needed a dish drying rack, can opener and a few more basic items, and a coffee plunger or Nespresso otherwise I would of scored it s 9.5/10. The hot water fluctuated every 5 or so seconds from luke warm to almost scalding 2 out of the 3 times I showered assuming due to someone else using hot water at same time.

The room was big and spacious.
We got stuck in the rain and would have loved for there to have been enough umbrellas. Ideally there could have been a towel dryer in the room like much of Europe has, but the hairdryer sort of worked to dry us off.

Super cool building which was converted by church, the room is spacious and the staff is friendly.
Easy access with the tram although it’s not city center, but with very nice and safe neighborhoods.
