Great view, great location, very kind staff. Our Large View Room was very spacious (especially for Amsterdam Canal Hotel). The bed was very comfortable, perfect for after walking so many miles around the city. There was a cute garden in the back of the hotel too.

So much to like. The staff were incredible. The decor was very cool. Bed was so comfortable and the shower was great.
Checkout was a little disorganised. I went to reception to pay my bill before I left, paid and was standing outside waiting for my airport taxi when the staff asked me to come back in and pay for things that had not been considered by the first staff member. It was a little annoying and made me feel awkward.

Canal House was truly exceptional in every way.
The building is absolutely stunning — elegant, full of character and beautifully maintained. The entire hotel has a very special atmosphere, and the cleanliness and attention to detail are at an extremely high level.
The beds deserve a special mention — exceptionally comfortable, with beautiful, high-quality bed linen that made sleeping an absolute pleasure.
The staff were outstanding: warm, attentive, genuinely caring and always ready to help. Their hospitality made the whole experience even more memorable.
A beautiful property, wonderful people and an outstanding experience from beginning to end.
I would return without hesitation.
