Not much, the rooms resemble a prison cell. Shower head was disgusting. Marks on walls, ceiling and carpet. Mould in multiple crevices and paint peeling off ceiling.

Is noisy as near to train station, racing noise of car as expressway right outside the venue. Is a stand alone hotel with a nature park & nothing else.

The location was very practical, right next to the metro which takes you straight to the city center.
The rooms weren’t cleaned properly and there were stains on the walls. The room was tiny and sadly there’s barely any light.

The bed was soft but okay, you can make the room very dark when it's light outside which is nice. It was quite clean
We had a wheelchair accessible room for some reason but as someone who used a wheelchair in the past that room was really not accessible, terrible. You need to get some coffee and tea near the reception instead of having some in your room. Missing a small towel for your face.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 3 minute walk from the tram, with about a 30-45 minute ride to the city center since it’s the last stop on the line.
The location and staff were the biggest issues during our stay. The area felt very eerie, especially at night. The front desk claimed to be open 24 hours, but many nights when we returned, the doors were locked and we had to ring multiple times before anyone let us in. To make matters worse, the fire/smoke alarm went off at 4 AM. The Wi-Fi barely worked during our stay, and the TV never functioned properly. I understand the type of property we were staying at and don’t expect over-the-top service, but the customer service was still unacceptable. Multiple times we greeted front desk staff and were completely ignored while they sat there. It felt like we were invisible. Housekeeping only came by once during our 5-night stay, and that was on our last day. When we requested fresh towels and toilet paper, we were rudely told that there was a “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door, even though we were never given one upon arrival. I explained this, but was still told I would need to bring down our dirty towels before receiving clean ones or additional toilet paper. When I asked if they could provide a DND sign, I was told they would “see if they could find one” and that I should come back later. The only positive service experience we had was during check-in with Brian, who was helpful and professional. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff were usually either hiding in the back room or sitting around eating with coworkers while guests waited at the desk. After a while, we stopped going to the front desk altogether because it felt pointless.
