Everything! Loved the converted church, and all of the furnishings/art. The bar was also nice (didn’t eat the food but looked great!)
Good value, feels more like a hotel even though they have the pods/hostel option for budget Travellers. The private room was lovely and very comfortable bed
No window in room

Very Good
The decor and atmosphere is fantastic! Definitely the best part of the stay. For a hostel, I think this was a great place to stay.
I was in a pod, and it was one of the higher up ones. The ladders are not ideal and feel really uncomfortable with bare feet (which is recommended as they asked shoes to stay on the ground). I think my stay would have been better with a lower pod.

Poor
Very disrespectful staff. Very poorly treated.
Also they charge 8 euro to storage bags it you arrive before check-in, and again another 8 euro to keep them after checking out. First time to have such an experience after travelling across 40 plus countries.

Disappointing
Extremely cool building and overall interesting design. The restaurant and bar was convenient. Also, the food was pretty good. It's in a quiet residential area with few restaurants, coffee shops and easy pleasant walk to the Metro.
Service by the hotel staff and restaurant staff was generally disappointing. Check in was confusing and the room was labeled XXX not a number.
The restaurant host told me not to sit at the bar because I would be blocking traffic, but why put chairs at the bar then? There were plenty of empty tables but the host told me I couldn't be accommodated until a waiter stepped in an offered me a seat.
The room had no windows to the outside, the bed seemed to be missing sheets, and the bathroom was too small. Overall the room seemed designed for a stay of a few hours and not overnight. Definitely wouldn't recommend a weekend. The room lacked utility...lacking space for luggage, lacking space to hang clothes, lacking space for basic toiletries, lacking space to either shower and use the toilet. Just overall no consideration for use.

Fair
The entrance is beautiful, the restaurant and lounge area have a stylish cozy design. Our small room shower everything was very clean.
We arrived at 3:00 PM, the official check-in time, but our room wasn’t ready yet. Tired from the drive, we had to wait for the room to be prepared, even though we were in a hurry to get to an event. We had reserved parking in advance, but there was no free space available. It took several calls and a long wait for the parking barrier to be opened, and we had to wait again until a parking spot became free. The room itself was extremely small — there was barely any space to move, only enough for the mattress

Great hotel. Would recommend if you don’t mind walking about 15-20 minutes from the central station.

Wonderful
Cool vibe, interesting people and conversations with staff and guests. Comfortable. Easy.
Maybe it could have been a tad less expensive. I got the room with bath and feel like I paid more than I would have at another hotel. I loved what I got but it seems it could've been a bit less.

Very Poor
Clean and good location
Under the name ‘Green Hotel’, like many hotels, this hotel tries to cut its costs; this is a scam they say ‘if cleaning is paid, we will do it.’ Not providing cleaning for three days is too much. The room is very small, they sell water at very high prices, breakfast is very expensive

Good
The place is a beautiful old church with cool decor. The building was easy to find, very close to the Lookout building and the ferry. The restaurant area is super comfy and the staff are approachable and accommodating. I liked the experience of hanging out there. The background music was of good taste, Kanye, Jay Z, and cool stuff from the 80's. There's also a study room which is nice. You can get a discount as a pod guest for your meals in the restaurant.
The room temperature in the pods area was lower than in the rest of the facilities; to me, it was cold. The bathrooms and shower area weren't really clean. I think they need a housekeeper also at night. Also, panels, not actual walls, separated the showers, so it felt like a gym. I think they would do good to invest in renovating the showers and restrooms area for the pod guests.

I love the overall theme, privacy and comfort of the bunks. Great sound isolation and. Very spacious, clean, great amenities.
Rooms where the pods are and the common rooms are so cold. Impossible to chill and relax as it’s so cold. Especially when getting out of the shower.

Wonderful
It was beyond my expectation. The location was near central Amsterdam but still at a quiet place. Walkable distance. Even with a suitcase.
The staff was the best. Professional and helpful.
