Wonderful
We had a wonderful stay at Bunk Hotel. The space is stylish yet cozy, with smartly designed rooms that make great use of space while staying comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help.
The restaurant was a highlight—delicious, fresh food with a well-curated menu, and a great atmosphere to relax in. Breakfast was especially enjoyable.
Overall, Bunk Hotel offers a unique, comfortable experience with great value. We would be happily stay again and highly recommend it.
At first the location, as we thought it is not safe place but everyone around are friendly.

The location is great next to the park and close to the downtown. There are enough showers and restrooms available with good quality toiletries (hand soap, shampoo, gel). The capsules are cozy, spacious and private. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice and cozy space to mingle.
I wish there were a kitchen or at least a kettle available, so one could have a cup of tea/coffee in the morning.

I really liked the architecture, especially the fact that the church was renovated instead of being demolished. I was also impressed by the interior, which is incredible. The staff is amazing, and special praise goes to the young man at the reception.

Staff, bar/restaurant and food. The downstairs and the meeting rooms look great.
The 3 bed room is just terribly designed.
Placing the 3 beds next to one another results in no storage space and you have to climb over the beds to get to the plugs and the small shelving above the headboard.
If the room has a bunk and shoved the right hand bed under the window against the wall fully, it.woild be far more practical and you could get more hanging and shelving in the space at the end between the bunk and the single bed.
Furthermore, the TV is just awkward stuck on the wall above one bed. The fact the Aircon doesn't do anything even when on max plus the fact the window doesn't open makes the room unbearably hot with 3 people.
All in all, it's a bit style over substance. The fact you can change the light tone colour when it's uncomfortable to sleep in and there's nowhere to put anything down makes it all a bit of a shambles.

Easy to find not far from the city centre. Great fo multiple guests.
Limited space, could have done with a kettle in the room. The shower was a wet room and after a shower the whole bathroom was wet.

The property is quirky and fun. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are compact but have everything we needed. For a family of 5 we found it excellent value for money. Food was lovely, albeit a little pricey. Really enjoyed our stay. Felt secure and safe.
Lockers were great, but felt they could have been free/ cheaper to store luggage while waiting to check in.

The staff were friendly and approachable, the decor was quite interesting, the slow-cooked steak was excellent, and the drink I had was well-made (which didn't happen very often because they rarely serve Angostura bitters). Congratulations to the staff for all of this.
What I didn't like was the cleanliness in the bathrooms; they should pay more attention, considering it's a high-traffic area. For me, that's one of the most important things, and it's the biggest flaw.
In my opinion, the upper bunks should be higher so that people can sit more comfortably and put on their shoes.
Having benches so people can sit down and put on their shoes, both in the dormitories and in the bathrooms.
In the restrooms, there should be space to place belongings when using the bathroom for personal hygiene.

If you get the chance, book your room with the breakfast option; it is delicious!
Cocktails are great as well!
