Nathalie and Mannie were exceptional people. They were generous with their time and their kindness. Their effort to provide a satisfying breakfast was above and beyond. The rooms were lovely. There were sets of steep stairs but our luggage was carried up on arrival and down on departure. The location of the hotel was within walking distance of terrific eating places, canal cruises and the markets. The view from the breakfast room out to the canal was so iconic. We loved everything about The Boutique Hotel View.

check-in was quick and easy, which made for a smooth arrival. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and always happy to help. They also provided great recommendations on places to visit, which was really appreciated. Breakfast was a highlight, with a lovely selection of food items to choose from. The room itself was clean and offered a nice view, which added to the stay.
There were several issues that affected the overall experience. The room we were given was not the one we had booked and looked nothing like the pictures on the booking page, which was disappointing. It was also quite small. Basic amenities were missing, including hand wash, a bath towel, and a bath mat, which made the bathroom floor quite slippery. Additionally, we were given a double bed instead of the two single beds we had requested. It would have also been nice to have a complimentary bottle of water in our room.

we were greeted warmly by the very friendly owners right when we entered and they had our room ready even though we came early! advised us on the canal cruise that we should take and we had a very fun time
there was a slight drainage smell during our stay but apart from that everything was super cozy and comfortable

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the room was of a hood size and the breakfast plentiful.
The stairs are narrow and steep although Nathalie carried our bag upstairs.

What an amazing hotel! Great little find. We were able to leave our bags upon arrival to Amsterdam in the safety of the hotel without issue. The team were brilliantly helpful, friendly and smiley. We were in the g
Triple basement room which had 2 big windows which led out on to a little courtyard. There was plenty of space for the three of us comfortably
There was a drain smell that came from the shower - the team were able to try and adress this but unfortunately this seemed like a persistent issue.
