Great location near the museums and Leidsestraat area. Hotel is a 5 minute or less walk to the tram station. Room was a lower level room that was larger than normal. Nathalie, the manager, was very knowledgeable and gave us several useful suggestions.
Because the property is so old, no elevator or air conditioning. The stairs to our room were quite narrow and steep.

We booked two rooms which came as the annex and this felt like a private stay. Natalie the host was superb, helping us at all hours with questions and directions. She was so welcoming and friendly which helped us feel extremely comfortable throughout the stay here. It was pretty central to an area of restaurants and shops and just a short 20 min walk into the main areas of Amsterdam.

Nathalie was extremely friendly and welcoming on arrival. The room was exceptional clean and spacious, we had the room with the balcony which was great for a wine and watching the sunset. Nathalie and a guest helped to carry up our bags on arrival. The location was great with a 20 minute walk to absolutely everything.

Really cute hotel in a good location, staff was very friendly and accommodating!
The room was small and no AC or elevator so carrying suitcases up/down the steps was really tricky but the owner helped us. We knew we were paying for the location/view more than the room size or ammentites.

2nd time we have stayed here. Great position! We had a canal view room which was lovely. Bed comfortable and all very clean
No air con but a fan was provided. Be aware there is no lift and stairs are typical steep and narrow. Host happy to help with bags

Loved the area. Check in and out super easy and quick. Got told loads about the place during check in and a map which was handy! Clean towels every day
Very loud at nighttime - we kept thinking the window was open it was that loud at 2/3am. Beds aren’t the softest. Lacking in a little fridge to keep drinks cool especially as it was warm when we stayed
