The room was just right for us as a couple. Shower/bathroom facilities were great and the small double room was very well designed. Coffee pods on hand was a double bonus!

Great location, friendly, personable staff. Nathalie the owner was always there to assist with any of our needs.
Our room was a bit small but it was the only room available at the time we booked it. We would definitely recommend a larger room next time.

Lovely decore with a musical theme.
There is a lot of stairs so be prepared the manager did a great job helping us with our luggage she was amazing. We were a little disappointed with the rooms as we thought we were getting a view. Make sure if you want a view you select the correct room type. We got a room on level 1 and level 3 as 2 couples travelling together. The level 1 room was really dark but closer to ground floor level 3 room was light but had to cli.b steps to get there.

It was representative of the real Amsterdam. Classy, warm in the cozy way, respectful and full of fun and home.
Nothing. Remember homes in Amsterdam were narrow and steep. Land is at a premium. If you want to visit the real Amsterdam, visit here.

Nathalie and Mannie were exceptional people. They were generous with their time and their kindness. Their effort to provide a satisfying breakfast was above and beyond. The rooms were lovely. There were sets of steep stairs but our luggage was carried up on arrival and down on departure. The location of the hotel was within walking distance of terrific eating places, canal cruises and the markets. The view from the breakfast room out to the canal was so iconic. We loved everything about The Boutique Hotel View.

check-in was quick and easy, which made for a smooth arrival. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and always happy to help. They also provided great recommendations on places to visit, which was really appreciated. Breakfast was a highlight, with a lovely selection of food items to choose from. The room itself was clean and offered a nice view, which added to the stay.
There were several issues that affected the overall experience. The room we were given was not the one we had booked and looked nothing like the pictures on the booking page, which was disappointing. It was also quite small. Basic amenities were missing, including hand wash, a bath towel, and a bath mat, which made the bathroom floor quite slippery. Additionally, we were given a double bed instead of the two single beds we had requested. It would have also been nice to have a complimentary bottle of water in our room.
