Natalie and the team was FANTASTIC! Really helpful, specially carrying our bags up the stairs. She was super super lovely, made us feel so welcome! Location was perfect, so easy to jump on the trams and get around. Room was cosy but everything we needed.

Good location and nice staff
The photos do not match the photoshopped rooms. We were given the basement rooms which had limited sunlight. The light was red/orange so it felt like a brothel. A real brothel is probably nicer. The windows were extremely thin, you can hear people walking by at night which = a bad night of sleep. The beds are thin so imagine springs violating your body at night and finally falling asleep to waking up to your ankle sore. Bathroom doors do not close all the way and they’re transparent so expect to poop with all of your guests together. Bonding time I guess. Shower door doesn’t close properly so afterwards you can expect a free slip n slide! The tv remote was missing so we couldn’t watch any TV. The safe was also locked so we couldn’t use it. Overall -100/10points. Bye. I’d rather sleep in the red light district. Bye again.

The owners of the hotel were absolutely amazing, extremely kind, approachable and welcoming. I stayed at a small room overlooking the canal and it was amazing! The location was wonderful, you could easily get around on foot or grab a tram or a bus if needed. The area felt safe for me as a female solo traveller, which I found very important. I would recomend this hotel to anyone travelling solo or with a spouse! By my standards the stay was a 12/10 for me!!
