Great location close to public transport and the main shopping strip.
Rooms were a bit small and the breakfast selection was limited. Once you consumed the two complimentary small bottles of water, you were charged for extra.

The staff were so so kind. I arrived to Amsterdam quite sick and they pointed me to the stores selling medicine after hours. I really appreciated it. The room was very spacious and there was a fridge, a coffee machine and a kettle. The items in the fridge are complementary which was really nice. We came to Amsterdam to celebrate my husband‘s birthday and they gave him a gift upon arrival. That was really the nicest kindest gesture. The breakfast was excellent and the staff again deserve two thumbs up. The location is really good at walking distance from downtown.
The pillows are enormous… being a flat pillow sleeper, I just could not use them. So I slept without a pillow which was a bit uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi was not the best, but it worked OK Amsterdam is very expensive in general. We got a good rate, but I thought it was too pricey without the breakfast.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. Somewhere to out our heads down after long days of walking around the city. The Tram stops right out side the door and it is right beside supermarkets and restaurants pubs. Also right beside a big market I can not remember the name of it but it was really big and had lots of food stalls and everything in between

Unfortunately, the cleanliness is disappointing. It’s clear the room was cleaned in a hurry, and there are areas that look like they haven’t been touched in a long time.

The location, staff and hotel it self were perfect for a short stay to get about town. With access to tram and metro in walking distance. There are also some really great restaurants nearby. I would definitely visit again as well as recommend this hotel to others.

Beautiful modern hotel very close to everything we wanted to see on this visit, including the Albert Cuyp Markt, museums, boat tour, and wonderful restaurant options.
