The room was clean and the beds were nice. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the TV. I had my ipad so I was fine. It was nicely decorated.
We paid top dollar for the canal view. We get to our room and out the small window is a tree. If you get on your toes you can see the canal. If I had own that was the view I would have saved the extra $700 and gotten a different room.

Polite staff and good location.
Had a room in the lower ground floor and yes it was noisy, especially when the cleaners went to work early in the morning. The cleaning of the room could have been better, bathroom not cleaned properly.

Reception staff rude, looked down on when walking in the hotel one guy in the day actually looked me up and down to say who are you it made me feel uncomfortable
