We traveled as a group and stayed in a room for four people. The room was clean, fresh, and well-equipped. The hotel’s location is excellent — in a nice and safe area, very close to metro stations, which makes getting around the city super easy. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was really good and nicely presented, though I did miss having some olives on the table
The only thing that could be improved is parking. There’s no on-site parking (which is quite common in Amsterdam), but offering guests a parking voucher or discount nearby would make the stay absolutely perfect.

Great location. Very close to public transportation and easy walking area as well. The accommodations were very nice, the room was comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large for Europe standards. Bathroom seemed updated. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was well done.
Just a couple very small things, the lamp on the desk, the switch did not work and the small trash can in the bathroom was rusty. Easy and fairly inexpensive fixes that should be done for attention to details.

Clean, big enough room for two people. Looks good on pictures. Not outdated. Helpful staff sometimes.
Asked for a room away from elevators but got one next to the elevator. Pictures show large windows with views, there was one blocked by chairs and table. Got two packages delivered to the hotel, one was repeatedly rejected cause apparently my name was missing from it so never received it. Hotel is designed for tall 180cm+ people, hooks, viewing hole, cant see yourself in bathroom mirror. We got sick and slept one day to be woken up by fire alarm sounding for 2-5sek, no fire, as a result cancelled having breakfast but no refund yet. Location little out of the way, shopping street is elsewhere. Some construction work so hammers beingbused. Plenty of doors being slammed (starts before 7am), vacuum hitting baseboards and people talking. Bed was made despite do not disturb sign being on. Hoped to have dinner in the restaurant but bar and restaurant closed (accept for breakfast), had to order in food

Little bit old.. The Lift outside (for the baggage) can be faster. There is a window in the bathroom that looks into the room, and the room’s window cannot be opened for ventilation.
