Exceptional
The hotel met every need while we were there. Breakfasts were excellent. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The staff arranged for a car for the day to take us out of the city to two different locations and the driver that work with your hotel were excellent as well. His name is Iwan and I cannot speak highly enough about him.
If I had to pick something to be critical about, (It is hard to do), it would be the lack of English international news stations available.

Room keys don't work the best, sometimes you have to move the key around before the lock recognise it.
