I had a mixed opinion about this hotel, but after the situations it went into minus. I've been staying at this hotel 4 or 5 times and at least I'd like to see friendliness and loyalty from the hotel, but it's not about this hotel. The location of the hotel is good, the bed is comfortable, but in general that's all. It all depends on the staff and there are questions about this point. There is one very good employee, unfortunately I don't know her name, but she helped me a lot. First of all, the rooms do not correspond to the declared size, I have booked a room with a view many times, which should be 18 metres and with two large windows. But this is not so, these rooms are a maximum of 14-15 metres and most importantly, the room shown in the picture with two windows is not guaranteed, I was tried several times to accommodate in a tiny room with a small window without a declared view. And please check the booking and make changes to the room category. But the situation that happened to me is out of the ordinary. I extended the room to another category and I was moved to the 4th floor and the air conditioner in my room did not work, it was very cold, about 16 degrees, like outside, I informed the employee about it in the evening, but he did not know how to fix the air conditioner and brought 1 more blanket. After sleeping overnight in a cold room, I caught a cold and started coughing. The next day I informed the reception about this situation and extended the room to the category with a view for the next 2 nights. They changed my room in advance to my room with a view and said that I would stay in this room for 3 nights. But the next day, when I had already gone for a walk, I got a call from the hotel and said that I had to move, since I was not in my room category now. To say that I was in shock not to say anything, I reported that yesterday I was relocated to my category for 3 nights and I do not plan to pack things again and move.

The bedsheets were dirty

The room was drafty, cold , TV didn’t work and the shower dripped all night, we cut out trip short to only 1 night

Location close to public transportation and walkable to town.

Got a room on floor -1 so not the best view for windows, however that didnt bother us too much because it was amazing either way.

Nothing

The only thing that could be improved is parking. There’s no on-site parking (which is quite common in Amsterdam), but offering guests a parking voucher or discount nearby would make the stay absolutely perfect.
