The hotel was super nice, made very Christmassy and staff were also very friendly. We enjoyed the lounge area and appreciated the complimentary refreshments and snacks. The location was also fantastic, very convenient to get to anywhere we wanted to go and was also on a nice road. Walking distance lots of attractions/areas and easy access to trams.

The ”at home” and cosy atmosphere were great and also the included afternoon snacks and drinks at all time. Much appreciated

location is great within the vicinity of major attractions.
bed sucks , they put together 2 twin bed and put 1 matress on top to make it like queen bed and mattress moves which makes the middle sunken. The shower pan and sink don’t drain well.. Breakfast food the same everyday.

Location was excellent, quiet block steps from tram and Van Gogh Museum. Breakfast was included and was delicious, with lots of options and a beautifully appointed room to eat. Snacks & Drinks were available 24hrs. Room was roomy and bed and lines were soft and cozy. The pillows were to die for! Our only regret is staying for only two nights!

Loved the feel of the place, the amenities and flow. The bed was UNREAL and probably takes the cake for most comfortable sleep in a hotel. Well designed quiet rooms. Loved the breakfast and the concept of the hotel being an upscale b&b they refer to as townhouse. Can’t wait to be back. Loved it.
The shower was mediocre, with poor water pressure - which is not enough to deter me from staying here again. The lighting in the room was moody which was nice but there were times I wish it was brighter.

Everything - staff were friendly, helpful, couldn’t do enough for the guests. Hotel and rooms were spotless. Great that drinks and snacks are included in the price. Excellent location.

I liked the overall hotel experience, free drinks and snacks throughout the day made it feel really nice. Staff was always there to help. and the after stay service was pristine. Location is really good.
Breakfast buffet could do with a bit more variety. I didn't like the size of my room but that was because I probably booked a really small room. I would suggest other travelers to inquire about room size prior to booking their stay
