Such a cute hotel! Friendliest staff, great add-ons like all day drinks and snacks we could just grab, cute cozy spaces to sit at, nice terrace, superb location. We felt so welcomed and comfortable that were sad to leave.

Location excellent. Near museums, park, shopping and transport links. Loved the afternoon snacks, free bike rental, bar and relaxed feel of hotel. Bed very comfortable.

Location, the open townhouse feel with food and drinks available throughout the day and included into the price.
There was a slight bathroom smell in the area outside our room, near the elevator.

My room was very clean, which is always my primary concern, as was the whole hotel and amenity areas. The bed is one of the more comfortable I've slept in and my room was spacious and quiet. It also had a mini fridge, which is always a huge plus Irene was so nice about letting check in early when my room was ready sooner than I had anticipated (I was hoping to drop my luggage off before check-in, so that was a pleasant surprise). She walked me through all the amenities and made me feel very comfortable and welcome, which I especially appreciated as a solo traveler in a foreign country. The hotel is really cute. It feels like a mix of the aesthetic of an upscale boutique hotel with the friendliness and community of your favorite hostel. The location was perfect--near the Van Gogh museum, Rijksmueum, luxury shopping, Vondelpark, and the heart of Amsterdam, as well as an easy 20-25 min drive from the airport. I would stay here again.
Nothing, honestly. I have no criticisms.

The hotel has a great location. The breakfast was very good. Our room was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and the indoor living room. The staff was helpful. We will stay here again on out next trip.

Location was convenient to the major museums and the streetcars. Rooms were excellent and the breakfast and happy hour snacks were very welcome. Staff was very friendly but seemed overwhelmed at times.

Perfect, quiet location. Loved the snacks and drinks that were available throughout the day. Loved the spacious rooms.
The bathtub/shower was hard to get in and out of, very narrow and slippery. Be careful!

This is an extraordinary hotel. More like a welcoming home. Cozy places to relax, great morning spread, beverages of all kinds available for free. It was my husbands and my anniversary. The decorated the room with balloons and left a split of champaign. Just wow!!! Tall and large windows gave you a view of this quiet street that is only minutes away from many museums. We loved the Van Gogh museum the best.

perfection!
Breakfast was great but having guests leave dirty dishes, napkins, left over food, cups near the sink (and closest place to get water), made for a tight space and having to wait for a glass of water while people were rinsing or dropping off dishes. We were hoping for a trash can, as well, to collect refuse but had to leave it near the sink, it was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that small critique- wow! I loved staying at the property- everything and everyone was perfect!

The receptionist who did the check out i cant remember her name is super nice and smily.
You guys used to great your guests with a card , stropewaffels etc.

Quiet boutique hotel on a lovely street in the museum quarter. Close to everything.
Room was small, tidy and adequate as was the bathroom. They provided several gathering rooms to relax and enjoy a beverage and snacks. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were all wonderful.
No complaints at all.
