Wonderful
The property is very cozy and conveniently located to all sorts of public transportation. While it is a short tram ride away from the city center, the property is tucked away in a quieter and very nice part of town closer to residential neighborhoods and parks. The staff were all very welcoming and easy to communicate with. The included food and beverage amenities were an extra bonus for long days of sightseeing. The bed was super comfortable.
Due to multiple bookings checking out in the same day as our arrival, the hotel was unable to get us checked in to our room during the first hour of check-in as stated in the booking. We had to leave our luggage there and return later after dinner to check in to our rooms since we had scheduled events at 4:30 that afternoon.

It is the nicest boutique hotel I stayed in. The design is beautiful. It is so elegant and cozy. There are complimentary drinks and food as well as free bicycle that we used the entire stay. The hotel is right next to Al the museums and close to the center. Behind the hotel is a an elegant high end shopping street.
We initially booked one small single room and it was in the attic with one window . We did not love it and upgraded for a small amount to a medium room which is actually super big and can fit a family.

My mother, aunt, cousin, and I absolutely adored this hotel! If we had the option, we would definitely give it a perfect score of 100 stars. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We must give a special shoutout to Mercedes, the receptionist. She was incredibly welcoming, helpful and informative, going above and beyond to answer all our questions. The breakfast was simply amazing! We had breakfast every morning during our stay, and we eagerly anticipated it each day. The beds, pillows, blankets, and air conditioning were all incredibly comfortable, making our stay truly enjoyable. Thank you for making our first visit to the Netherlands a memorable one. This hotel truly made our stay unforgettable, and we will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Amsterdam. Thank you so much!
I loved everything about the property!!

Very Good
The library, the outdoor patio, the locationin proximity to Museumplein.
The Duvet cover was extremely lumpy- they're supposed to be smooth. It was pretty loud outside the hotel at night, but I brought noise canceling headphones. Room was extremely small.

Location is incredible. Food and drinks were great.
The single bedrooms are very small and the bed topper kept sliding off the bed. 1 elevator so it can be very slow and very busy. Took the stairs a lot but awkward stairwell.

This hotel is amazing! Our room was roomy and clean and the windows opened to an amazing view of the rijksmuseum. We loved that they served high quality self-serve food and drinks all day. It felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. The location is also perfect because it is walkable to the museums and the park and the city tram is one block away. Would definitely stay there again!
The hotel includes first come first serve bikes, which is nice, but they are gone pretty fast, and some of them needed repair and I could not get a bike. But that's not the hotel's fault.

Wonderful
The breakfast and snacks/bar throughout the day were our favorite parts of the property. The room was beautiful as well
We had some plumbing issues out of the control of the property and had to move rooms, but everyone was very accommodating and they seemed to have gotten the issue in the dining area resolved quickly :)

Pleasant
The location was one of the hotel's biggest advantages, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The breakfast was good, the drinks were included, complimentary pastries were available throughout the day, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel was well below expectations. There was an unpleasant smell in the hallways, and the carpets did not appear to be clean. The room cleanliness (especially the bathroom) also did not meet the hygiene standards the hotel claims to provide. The hotel should make significant improvements to its cleaning standards.

Very Good
The room was a good size for Amsterdam. It was located close to the museums (e.g., Van Gogh) but a little further away from the center. The hotel has a nice homey concept (sitting and lounging area, free drinks). The décor was lovely.
It was a little noisy with doors opening and closing constantly, so forget about taking an afternoon nap. The breakfast while good was the same every day.

This hotel has to be the coolest hotel i have ever stayed in. The staff is very friendly and the overall hotel has a coed type of vibe. First it's in the Zuid area which is a very nice area and central to so many museums and things to do in a very short walking distance. They have bicycles you can use to ride around the city. In the lobby they have beer and sodas and such you can just have to drink. The breakfast is was also delightful. One of my favorites for sure and I will definelty be back.

We enjoyed the included breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised to find drinks included and available 24 hours. Location was great, we walked everywhere. The room was very nice, a little small but we were not surprised by that. Bed was very comfortable.
No Facebook washcloths available in the room.
