It was 2 blocks from the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh museum, and one block from the high-end shopping street.
It’s an old building with narrow stairs, but typical for Europe.

The whole hotel is beautiful and designed to be fully enjoyed. Breakfast was lovely as well. Every detail of the accommodation is well thought through. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The foyer is gorgeous, and the rooms are beautiful. I will definitely come back.
The only small thing was that I had to ask for slippers, but once I did, they were provided immediately.

This hotel is like a home from home, with facilities and staff that make the day feel incredibly comfortable. The location is also fantastic for the museums and a walk up into the city and canals. We also made good use of the free bikes available.
This isn't just this hotel, but if you have a noisy guest next door to your bedroom, the walls are quite thin. That said, I always travel with earplugs just in case.

The bathroom could have been cleaner and carpet could be improved. The hallways were cluttered at times with cleaning equipment etc.
