No iron in the rooms but I'm sure if we had asked for one they would sorted this and when doing your hair in the room I was in my straighteners wouldn't reach so ended up on the bed doing my hair with a portable mirror I'd brought .

The hotel presents itself as offering “comfort and eco-conscious luxury” (quoted from their website). In reality, it’s a mediocre hotel wrapped in a luxury facade. Starting with the reception staff, they are neither organized nor properly trained to handle multiple guests at the same time, nor do they seem to know how to conduct a polite, professional conversation. The breakfast staff wasn’t any better; they didn’t even greet guests with a simple “good morning.” We arrived at 7:30, but breakfast wasn’t ready yet, only croissants were available, even though it’s stated that breakfast is served from 7:00. The hotel overall feels outdated and poorly maintained. The corridors and stairways smell unpleasant, and dirty sheets and towels were left lying on the corridor floors all day, only being picked up the next morning. As for the room, the soundproofing was terrible, and the windows were so thin that outside noise could easily be heard. The bed, placed with its headboard against the window, let in a cold draft, making for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. To make matters worse, I found a yellow stain on the bed sheet, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one claiming four stars. The minibar was empty, not even a bottle of water or a small snack. While I understand that items might be available in the lobby, in a four-star hotel, these amenities should be easily accessible in the room. That’s simply expected. The bathroom was another disappointment. The door frame was so dirty it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. In a supposed “luxury” four-star hotel, you don’t expect a fabric shower curtain, and certainly not one with yellow stains. It was very unhygienic. Despite the curtain, the entire bathroom floor got soaked after each shower. One of the large towels has a stain, unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming four stars. The shower fixtures were cheap, worn, and peeling, making them look shabby.
