The atmosphere in the hotel was relaxed and warm. The location was great - easy to access everything but quiet and slightly away from the hubbub. The drinks and snacks in the afternoon were lovely to come back to after a day exploring. We loved the relaxed feel of the hotel and how everything was available. The staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.
One of us had coeliac disease and whilst bread was available in the morning some more gf snacks would be great/ more details on which foods were gf. This wasn’t a problem though just a recommendation.

The hotel has a great location. The breakfast was very good. Our room was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and the indoor living room. The staff was helpful. We will stay here again on out next trip.

Location was convenient to the major museums and the streetcars. Rooms were excellent and the breakfast and happy hour snacks were very welcome. Staff was very friendly but seemed overwhelmed at times.

One of the best hotels in Amsterdam. As a vision , hospitality, snacks, breakfast , place of hotel are great! If i visit again Amsterdam, i will stay there again

Perfect, quiet location. Loved the snacks and drinks that were available throughout the day. Loved the spacious rooms.
The bathtub/shower was hard to get in and out of, very narrow and slippery. Be careful!

Lovely. Great location. Room was nice and had a beautiful view. Loved the lobby - waiting area, breakfast space.
Creaky floors and small elevator but that comes with being in these older buildings.
