The concept of having snacks and beverages available 24/7 at no additional cost completely melted my heart. Extremely comfortable bed, perfect location, friendly staff, stylish library and lobby area. Welcome gift in a room is something to remember! Breakfast is okay.
During peak hours, 8-9 AM, there's not enough space for everyone in the dining area, some people had to go to the lobby area to eat their food. Breakfast is ok, but there was no warm food.

The room was nice, spacious as were the washrooms. The rooms with the balcony were lovely and so was the breakfast and open seating and complementary snacks and alcohol. The location was also perfect, walking distance to all the museums.
It depended on the staff honestly, some of the members were extremely kind and some just could not be bothered. It seemed like asking for anything was an inconvenience. One member of the team literally moved to the kitchen so that my husband and I did not disturb her, as she was sitting on the night shift on her computer. Service goes a long way in by book.

all goood, very very good breakfast, they offer the snack at noon with croissant chocolatine, fruit, and at 4pm the cheese , saussagees, nuts, etc... All day , you can have yougurt , fruit , coffee , tea. There is a big lounge where we can take a rest and work on the labtop. The breakfast is excenllent with smoked salmon , avocado, fruit , pastry, yogurt,

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The staff were all warm and welcoming. The room was comfortable. The location of the hotel is ideal and the breakfast was also great.

The location was excellent for my purposes. I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood adjacent the museums and Concertgebauw. The public spaces were nice, especially the sitting room. The breakfast room as a bit inadequate at times. My room was VERY nice and an excellent value.
The staff would benefit from training. Some like Merecedes were terrific. Others, especially the weekend staff struggled.

Elevator access was a plus for navigating narrow stairs. Breakfast, snacks, and drinks available throughout the day were a very nice added touch. Bar with complementary wine, beer, and other drinks was a very upscale addition.

Great location. Staff was very helpful with travel plans and tourist information. Very close to major museums and easy tram ride or walk into the center of the city. Decor is very stylish and chic. Great breakfast, drinks available all day — all included. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff, lovely hospitality. The museum district is quiet, while still being central. It’s the perfect location for a visit to Amsterdam. The hotel is beautifully decorated and focused on guest comfort. Breakfast is delicious, with lots of options. Also included are juices, wine, beer, etc. all day. It’s really a lovely experience to stay here.

Amazing location. It’s a very cute hotel, very homey vibes. Drinks are included, 5 pm tea has nice pastries I had a great stay.
Wish there was a trash bin in the room, would have made things a bit easier but nothing other than that

Location is great - easy walk to museums, park, and the tram. Quiet street. The lobby and food area is wonderful, a great spot to hang out and we so appreciated the free drinks and snacks.
Although the room was small, it was designed well to include a small closet, a bench along with small table and chairs.
The bathroom could have been a little nicer

Rooms and bathrooms are extremely small for what you are paying. Our room was probably the smallest hotel room i have ever been in.
