Everything - staff were friendly, helpful, couldn’t do enough for the guests. Hotel and rooms were spotless. Great that drinks and snacks are included in the price. Excellent location.

I liked the overall hotel experience, free drinks and snacks throughout the day made it feel really nice. Staff was always there to help. and the after stay service was pristine. Location is really good.
Breakfast buffet could do with a bit more variety. I didn't like the size of my room but that was because I probably booked a really small room. I would suggest other travelers to inquire about room size prior to booking their stay

WE loved our stay at Jan Luyken. The room was good a size. The breakfast was fantastic I there was also drinks and fruit available during the stay. For us we were really impressed with the staff friendliness and how they were very helpful Would definitely stay there again

The location, decor, and general approach of the hotel is stunning. The facilities and open bar etc. are fantastic.
The staff were very cold. The front of house especially seemed very disappointed to be there. The breakfast was fine, but could have been better for the price of the room.

Breakfast was very good but facilities poor. Free drinks and nibbles a big bonus
The double room was very poor far too small. It was only possible to access the bed from one side. Not easy for senior citizens. It also meant one person could only dress at one time leaving the other either in bed or using the bathroom. Bathroom smelled of drains.

Super location, large bedroom, comfy bed, quiet.
Need to opt in to prepaid 'high' beverages. As my husband and I dont drink neither soft drinks nor alcohol this was a total waste.

We loved it all! Quiet street, but perfectly located for exploring the city. The room was very cozy, and especially the bed which was super comfortable and good sized. Lounge area felt like being at home

This hotel was absolutely fabulous! It feels like a cosy home, greeted by friendly reception staff, who are there 24/7. The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance and the tram was just a 3 minute walk of we needed it. The snacks and drinks were a massive bonus for us, we definitely made the most of this before we began our evening !

The concept of having snacks and beverages available 24/7 at no additional cost completely melted my heart. Extremely comfortable bed, perfect location, friendly staff, stylish library and lobby area. Welcome gift in a room is something to remember! Breakfast is okay.
During peak hours, 8-9 AM, there's not enough space for everyone in the dining area, some people had to go to the lobby area to eat their food. Breakfast is ok, but there was no warm food.

The room was nice, spacious as were the washrooms. The rooms with the balcony were lovely and so was the breakfast and open seating and complementary snacks and alcohol. The location was also perfect, walking distance to all the museums.
It depended on the staff honestly, some of the members were extremely kind and some just could not be bothered. It seemed like asking for anything was an inconvenience. One member of the team literally moved to the kitchen so that my husband and I did not disturb her, as she was sitting on the night shift on her computer. Service goes a long way in by book.

Location is perfect. Overall I would recommend Hotel. It is reasonable price, location is great and staff also. It was clean, and staff was very professional and polite. Hotel is very pleasant for eye and well decorated.
I was a bit dissatisfied with the size of the room, I find it too small. Also there was no wardrobe where I could put my things, there was just not enough space to put it in the room. Instead, room had like bar and frame on the wall with few hangers. Also douring weekend there were lots of noise from the street till like 3am, 4am (Friday and Saturday), they woke me up several times trough the night.
