I had an excellent stay. The hotel is situated in a convenient and safe neighborhood. The staff were very friendly and accommodating from start to finish. Inside, the room was remarkably quiet and pristine. I also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket filled with water and snacks. Great experience!

Breakfast top class Everything we could have wanted The facility of all day coffee was great To come back after a day of touring and sit in the comfortable lounge with a cup of excellent coffee was a real bonus

I had a lovely stay. The little gift box left in the room was such a pleasant surprise and a really thoughtful touch that made the stay feel extra special. The hotel overall had a great atmosphere.

Great location very close to the tram stop in a lovely quiet area. Although the room was small, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was superb. The staff were very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again.

The hotel is situated in an elegant and peaceful neighborhood, very well connected to the center via several tram lines. The structure is well kept and quite modern. My room was quite large and bed were comfortable. The staff at the reception was nice and friendly. The cleaning staff was also nice, professional and discreet. Choice between two pillows, both good quality. Bed nice and firm. I appreciated the welcome package with a handwritten note. Complimentary coffee and tea were also a nice plus.
Bathroom a bit on the small side, although functional. Also, a rounded basin would be preferable to the square one to avoid splashes.
