Cute bougie hotel, good standard of furnishings, comfy bed and pillows. Well appointed room and nice touch to leave water and snacks. Complimentary tea and coffee in the lounge much appreciated.
Our room was a little noisy as both next to stairwell and above the front door where the smokers frequently congregated - loudly!

Location is excellent
Classic challenges of townhouse hotels. The room we were given was tiny and oddly shaped; to get into the bed on the window side you had to walk sideways. The biggest crime is the lack of water pressure and hot water in the shower - if you can't offer a decent shower you shouldn't be in business as a hotel. Small point, but the toilet tissue was also sub-standard.

The location was perfect. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was big and comfortable also the beds were comfy.
The water presure in the shower was a little weak and we didnt like the carpet in the room, maybe should consider change to wooden floor.
