Location perfect in a quieter area easy to walk or get the tram to explore. Reception helpful.
The carpet was terrible in our room and needs changing. Covered in stains, not a good first impression. It was a good size room

It was in a quiet location within walking distance of all major attractions. Clean and comfortable
We hung up our towels everyday as didn’t need them replacing but they replaced them anyway which defeats the object of having a green policy

Loved the classy neighbourhood, very clean hotel, comfy beds and helpful staff. Balcony was nice too
Ours was a comfort queen room which was very small. My sons twin room was a better size.

We had a very bright, corner room. Spacious, though not ample. Room is well equipped. Super Clean. Nothing noted that might need improvement.

Beautiful rooms, very kind staff, everything was comfortable. Great water pressure in the rooms, comfy mattress, and air conditioning. They even gave us a small basket of snacks and water when we got there.

Everything was great, very kind staff, the breakfast amazing and very tasty, the location in a quiet neighbourhood, 15-20’ away from the city center via tram, 10’ away from the basic museums via foot.
The room was quite small, not that it was a huge of problem if you don’t have big luggages it’s okay.
The only problem was the pressure of the water in the shower, it was making it very hard for us to shower as it was taking soooooo long!

Amazing staff all around, and exceptional service when we requested additional services.
Safe and quiet area, with several tram connections just around the corner. Walking distance to many great redtaurants.
The room was a little noisy, since it wasn't very soundproof in any direction.

Staff were exceptional. Antonio especially couldn't do enough for us.
Bed was very comfortable, and we really appreciated that they offered free use of the coffee machine in the communal area

Our deluxe room was big by European standards. They have a good coffee machine in the lobby, and there was a welcome set with free water and chips on the first day.
It is located in the residential area and a bit remote from center. There is not too many casual places to eat or grocery stores near by. The carpet in our room was stained and towels had holes in it. Overall, the hotel felt old. The reception personal was hit and miss, some were quite nice. I personally would try other option when I am back to Amsterdam.

The staff were so friendly, it was conveniently located and close walking distance to the tram. Free hot drinks available 24/7, usually a selection of free pastries out through the day.
Rooms are a little small if you have large suitcases, but very comfortable once you unpack.
