The staff were all really friendly and welcoming. The location is wonderful.
The pillows were extremely hard and I didn't find them comfortable. The carpet in room 127 was bleach-stained and didn't give a great first impression.

I liked the beauty and comfort of the hotel.
First day my heating of the room didn’t work but a very polite and nice receptionist figured everything out and the next day everything worked super! He made me a complementary drink as compensation and i was very glad with it. Staff are very friendly and kind.

The Delphi is lovely, spotlessly clean, low key and very Amsterdam. The team members are friendly and helpful. It’s a terrific location, near everything. I especially love their bikes available for a small fee allowing guests great city transportation without having to go anywhere to pick up or drop off a leased bicycle. And the breakfast has everything you would want to eat and drink in starting the day, including lots of fresh fruit and protein options. The Delphi is my favorite place to stay while in Amsterdam for work or pleasure. Thanks for another great visit!

Hotel was incredibly clean which was great, and when we were upgraded rooms this was brilliant, more space and very quiet
Initially was put on the second floor queen room which was ridiculously small, during the night the corridor door kept slamming (we were next to the door) then other customers kept walking past making a vast amount of noise. Then to top it off the bin men then came at the crack of dawn making so much noise outside. Room size very misleading online.

Beautiful, stylish hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent amenities. I particularly enjoyed the welcome treats and coffee station.
The room was tight for space, but as a solo traveller this was ok. It might have been a bit tight for 2 guests.
