Everything! Loved the location- close to everything by tram, but in a quiet spot. Really friendly lovely staff. Nice breakfast room/bar area. My bedroom was spacious, quiet and very comfortable- I would 100% recommend staying at this hotel!

The staff deserves a shout out! Everyone was so nice to us. The lounge area is amazing and having cutlery, plates and cups available was great. The complimentary coffee was a big plus!
Not just the property, but Amsterdam in general the entrance is not step free.

Nice hotel in a decent location just outside of central.
After booking and paying through booking.com i figured the price was the price. Upon checkout I was charged an additional €50+ euro as some kind of tax. Surely this should he part of the booking, asking the customer to pay more at checkout feels like a bit of a scam? Else if there was changed after booking, honor the price accepted when the booking was placed.

Great location not in the city but about 10 minute via public transit. Staff was incredible helpful and kind. Breakfast/coffee area nice. Loved the 24 hour coffee/tea station. Felt safe at the hotel and walkable to many restaurants and shops. I would do the breakfast once there like we did the day after we arrived...after that we ate out and enjoyed places around the hotel. Beds comfortable.
Rooms were very small we had 4 suitcases not alot of places to put your luggage. Our first room was nice with a balcony but the AC was dripping. We only stayed one night then had to change rooms. Second room was fine but smaller.

Even though I only stayed for one night, I was genuinely surprised by how comfortable and welcomed I felt.
