Staff, location is great, breakfast is good.
Beds are really really bad. There is a lot of noise in the rooms, sleeping was difficult.

Great place for the Rai In Amsterdam
The room was very basic, but very small. The lights sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. The clothes cupboard was so small that I had to leave a lot in my case. The shower was ok but the water didn't drain very quickly. They did make and clean my room, but in the bathroom, on the floor, there was a lot of long hair, which was not mine.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bike hire from the hotel a bonus. Trams and buses close by very convenient. Delicious breakfast and very nice to have the option of tea and coffee through the day. Nice communal sitting area. Would definitely recommend and will definitely come here on our next trip.

Hotel staff was very helpful with my questions on renting a bike, finding a local recommendations. The lounge was very accomodating for me and my guests to gather. Breakfast was very well organized with great selections.
The bikes they rent out to their guest, are hosted by a 3rd party and mine was in need of a tune-up.
