The shuttle was very reliable and the people where nice.
The bathroom had a fan that was extremely loud. I had to shut the door to sleep. In addition the bathroom had a very musty odor and the shower was dark.

Completely surrounded by construction site..
My room was steps away from an exit (security concerns).

The location near the airport was great for taking the free hotel shuttle back and forth to the airport. The hotel shuttle made getting to and from the hotel to the airport less stressful and easy. The desk attendant, Yanic, was very helpful in storing our baggage and arranging an early check- in. The hotel staff was also helpful in getting our airplane tickets printed out which made our airline check-in much easier.
The only thing I did not really care for was the requirement to use the hotel key card to keep the room air conditioning going.

The two young men running the front desk the day of our arrival are exemplary employees and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! From replacing the mini fridge in our room, to serving complimentary drinks at the bar, these 2 handled it all with charm and skill!
Price was up due to the Dutch government increasing tax, but that is not the fault of your hotel group. The work space for preparing tea and coffee in the room was a bit small, due to design.

During the check-in process, I observed that your front desk agent was simultaneously serving as the bartender. While I understand that cross-trained staff can be an operational necessity, the way responsibilities were being prioritized was deeply troubling.
The guest ahead of me in line was a man on crutches, clearly in need of prompt and attentive service. Rather than completing his check-in first, the staff member continued preparing drinks and processing bar charges for other guests — patrons who, frankly, could have waited a few extra minutes without any meaningful inconvenience. The gentleman on crutches was left standing and waiting unnecessarily.
This was disappointing to witness. A guest with a physical limitation should never be made to wait while a staff member tends to non-urgent bar orders. Basic hospitality and common courtesy should take precedence, and I would hope your team is trained to recognize and respond to situations like this with greater awareness and compassion.
I trust you will use this feedback to reinforce expectations with your front desk team. I look forward to seeing this addressed should I return.

Location and free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Cheap.
It’s a mess as they are remodeling the facility. Also took quite a while to check in as there was only one staff there both as the bartender and to check in people. View on a construction site.

I really like that it provides free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. Nadia was also very very nice but other people from this hotel is just unfriendly.
Hotel is not cheap but It didn't really meet value of the money we paid. The room is big and ok. In general, the overall of the hotel is not really clean. Hallways are a bit dark.
