Clean room.
I cannot recommend this hotel in its current state. The property is located directly next to an active construction site, which severely impacts the guest experience. Until the hotel can provide a pleasant, comfortable environment, it honestly should not remain open to the public.
The hotel advertises free parking, but upon arrival, we discovered that the lot only has about 38 spaces—which are shared with the neighboring Bastion Hotel. This is nowhere near enough parking for the volume of guests, making the "free parking" claim very misleading
There is no proper ramp for luggage, making it a frustrating hassle to haul heavy suitcases up to the registration desk.
The overall vibe of the hotel feels more like temporary worker housing than a leisure destination. During our stay, we saw almost no couples or holiday travelers; the vast majority of check-ins were truck drivers and construction workers.
Although bed sheets were changed there were stains on them which didn't go after wash!

Excellent staff and shuttle service.
Hotel is under construction and demolition. Not notified in advance. Complete mess to enter and navigate. Hallways were dirty. Mattress was foam material not real mattress.
Overpriced and overrated rated for current condition.
Won’t go back.

Was very affordable compared to its counterparts
Very far away from Amsterdam central. It’s located in a construction site that looks like a war torn country. The hall in which my room was located on, the hall had many maintenance issues, like damaged walls, unclosed holes, etc.

Tthe breakfast was great . And the staff was were kind and attentive and answered questions.
The room needed more cleaning dusty and on the floor was not throughly cleaned . bathroom and bed were all clean . on e bed side table was not clean you could see in the light it was dirty.

Location, tea and coffee machine, cleanliness, housekeeping staff was great. Free parking however it is hard to find parking after 10 pm.
A lot of maintenance issues as the property is tired, in the corridor the light was out for almost 4 days, AC in one of my room was not working and when I asked them to change my room the staff was not very helpful. After several complaints they changed my room but had to sleep in a hot room with no possibility of opening windows during the heat wave. I ordered a food from outside it was on the reception for almost 1 hour and no one bothered to let us know.

Nice big room with two bedrooms that fit our family well. Beds were comfortable. Shuttle to airport worked smoothly.
Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. There was no communication from the staff. We stood outside for a while and nobody updated us or told us when it was safe to return to our rooms.
