Exceptional
Everything was fine. I do not think there was anything we did not like. Very convenient. Very helpful staff. Shuttle was timely and fast.
My daughter didn't like the strong shower pressure. I loved it.
Whoever made our beds put the pillow under the sheet, not on top of the bed. Looked like bodies in the bed when we walked in. I thought it was funny. The picture shows pillows on top in the advertising.

Wonderful
The bed and badroom were large and comfortable.
The people at reception were 5 stars and the use of the shuttle to and from the airport are a good alternative to public transportation to a big station.
Our room was not vacuumed the entire stay. That was unfortunate.

We were planning to just spend a night before the flight, but after flight cancellation had to stay for another night…
Tv didn’t work, but a nice guy came to fix it, thank you.
The airport shuttle won’t come after 11:45 at night and we arrived 12:30 am, so had to get an uber ( very $$ at night for a 10 mins drive), which brought us to this hotel that was a bit rundown and partially under demolition/reconstruction. So if you arrive late, maybe pay more for hotel closer to terminal.

Parking horrible, entrance hotel very difficult to find,in the middle of a construction work breakdown ! We had 3 big suitcases and to bring these in the hotel was a nightmare, I am 78 and no assistance fm the hotel at all !
Presently to find or to enter the hotel is terrible !

Shuttle needs improvement. Its not clear what to do on arrival, just the post code on the website to order and Uber and the address was wrong.

The location is excellent and the airport (and train!) shuttle is a great service. The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. Our room was clean, generally very comfortable and surprisingly spacious. Overall an excellent stay, I would book again, and I would recommend the property!
My only actual complaint was the beds. The sheets and comforters were too small for the mattress and the mattress had rough fabric that I could feel through the sheet. (A mattress cover would fix that part).

I got the suite for a family of 4. The lights went out in our suite at 10 pm. The staff had no idea what to do but gave us two small led flashlights to move to two other rooms for the night. Those very small Flashlights would not allow us to do anything in such a dark place. They offered us nothing for our troubles. The next morning we woke up and by the time I got out the room to find out about the status of the electricity in the suite, they quickly deactivated the card. Staff change as well. So, I had to explain repeatedly to different front desk staff about what transpired at midnight. Previous staff left no messages regarding our issues. I had to explain to people so often that it became annoying. Stay at another hotels. There are about three neighboring ones.

Clean rooms, late booking turned out all ok, shuttle from the airport worked out very well, mattress was a foam style mattress a bit unusual but rather comfortable. Overall fairly OK for an airport hotel.
Breakfast was included in the price and I told reception that I needed to take 5 am bus shuttle. It would have been appropriate for an airport hotel to have some piece of fruit or bread made available at that time. Not everyone drinks coffee. The other doors slamming in the corridor are very noisy, very basic utilities provided but you get what you pay for.

- Punctual Airport shuttle service.
- Hotel location is okay.
- Too much foul smell from the toilet. (Being an expert in plumbing design, I would recommend using proper S-Trap /P-Trap in the drainage line & ensure proper maintenance).
- Electric Kettle coils were full of rust. Luckily I have examined the interior of the kettle before using it.
- Temperature control was not efficient & well maintained.
- No bright lights in the room. All are warm /yellow lights, like sitting in some dungeons. (Not suitable for using laptops & online business meetings).
- I had requested one hour late checkout & got clearly rejected on-face, Even my room key was blocked by 11am. I had to run to reception 2 times to resume access to grab my luggage from the room)

Th beds had soggy matresses, filled with disgusting stains that also were on the bed bottoms. the bathroom smelled like a sewer, 1 tv was not working. the staff would follow up but has not, the airco would not allow below 19 degree celcius which made it useless and since no window could be opnenend, by far the worst expreince i have ever had in any hotel. now, 2.5 months after the fact and 4 attempts on my end on connect, the hotel itself nor the chain that owns it will respond. what a joke of an orginasation this is

The hotel room was cold when I arrived at about 10pm. I fell asleep around past midnight before feeling any warmth.
The blankets were slim.
Cold air would come from the vent above the window.
No good view outside!
No slippers inside the room. The floor wasn’t super clean.

There was a family of mice in the garbage bin by the entrance, that needs to be moved in case the mice get into the hotel. There was not 24/7 reception access, the tables in the lobby were all dirty as well.
