Very clean close to the airport.
We paid almost $--- US dollars for our room. An inexpensive continental breakfast would have been appreciated. Apparently you had to pay extra for that.

Staff was great, female staff members were very professional but male staff members had no knowledge of basic customer service. I would recommend upper management to make some mystery calls and send mystery shoppers to evaluate your front desk staff.
Hotel room was not upto my standards, bedsheets had stains, toilet seat was unstable, exhaust fan was very noisy and there was no option to turn it off, hallway carpet smell bad and have stains. I booked this hotel for four days and checked out in two day

Location near the airport and the strict adherence to the time schedule, which is obviously important in getting to your gate at the right time. Other than a few items noted below, I was pleased with the hotel overall, especially given the 6.8 rating.
Couple weird little things that didn't really detract from the stay too much. I touched the thermostat and it fell out of the wall; and one of the buttons was completely broken. The toilet seat was from another style of toilet, didn't fit! Weird stuff.

Nice and close to the airport and to Mc Donald's. The room was a great size with a great king bed.
They lighting was poor. Some lamps didn't work. Need to get better lighting

Easy to find and free shuttle bus for airport, asked to check in early but was not arrange, was able to leave bag while I looked around for the few hours before the 2pm check in down side was shuttle did not run before 6am by check in was before 5am ;(
Well the kettle there was no plus near the unit so had to move to nearest plug on desk, no tea in room had to ask, not much staff on duty took while to check in Had to ask if the pillows where feather as allergic to them, could not answer or help tho ;(

Room had clean sheets and clean bathroom. VERY outdated and dark.
Will never stay here again.Asked the front desk to call a taxi so we could get to the 20 minute away cruise terminal. They told us 40 Euros. The cab driver wouldn't give us our luggage unless we paid 107 Euros,$115 US dollars. We had no choice.They lied
