Property is misrepresented in the booking. Property is under demolition and guests booked in the last remaining few rooms across the demolition. Reception is the lobby bar, breakfast is poor to minimal. Worst Best Western stay experience

Location to the airport was excellent, and our choice was based partly on the availability of the airport shuttle. It was nice to have the restaurant available for dinner in the next building, and breakfast was excellent.
The lighting in the hallway was very dim. If I had been traveling alone I might have been wary of the low light.

Wonderful
Very clean and comfortable. Location not great but having a free shuttle helped a great deal.
Good fitness center, and a nice restaurant. McDonalds close by was a good option.

Bed was comfortable and had a nice hot shower.
Staff are nice people. Guests receive 2 complementary drinks, soft drinks, beer or wine during the stay.
Looks like a very old building, you could hear everyone’s door slamming shut at almost any hour and even though they had nice people as staff, they seemed to be understaffed for the amount of people coming in throughout the night. It’s an airport hotel, every one is coming at any time.
There were hairs in my bed upon arrival.

Fairly easy to find
Lights in the room were very poor; the lowest wattage lightbulbs were used and the room with the lights on was extremely dim, The hotel was in the middle of a construction zone. Advertising and map showing the hotel to be in walking distance to the terminal is an outright lie

The room was very nice and quiet. Comfortable with all the facilities.
They have an airport shuttle (though you really need to look out for it...so I missed it and ended up waiting an hour)
Being an airport hotel (many people are here for stop overs) it would be good if the bathroom had more amenities e.g. lotion & shower cap

Compared to hotels closer to the airport, no difference. The shuttle service was excellent and well worth the trip.

Everything was fine. I do not think there was anything we did not like. Very convenient. Very helpful staff. Shuttle was timely and fast.
My daughter didn't like the strong shower pressure. I loved it.
Whoever made our beds put the pillow under the sheet, not on top of the bed. Looked like bodies in the bed when we walked in. I thought it was funny. The picture shows pillows on top in the advertising.

Wonderful
The bed and badroom were large and comfortable.
The people at reception were 5 stars and the use of the shuttle to and from the airport are a good alternative to public transportation to a big station.
Our room was not vacuumed the entire stay. That was unfortunate.
