Location, tea and coffee machine, cleanliness, housekeeping staff was great. Free parking however it is hard to find parking after 10 pm.
A lot of maintenance issues as the property is tired, in the corridor the light was out for almost 4 days, AC in one of my room was not working and when I asked them to change my room the staff was not very helpful. After several complaints they changed my room but had to sleep in a hot room with no possibility of opening windows during the heat wave. I ordered a food from outside it was on the reception for almost 1 hour and no one bothered to let us know.

Nice big room with two bedrooms that fit our family well. Beds were comfortable. Shuttle to airport worked smoothly.
Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. There was no communication from the staff. We stood outside for a while and nobody updated us or told us when it was safe to return to our rooms.

We stayed in a suite and really liked the layout with two separate rooms and an entryway. We appreciated the coffee maker and refrigerator.
There was construction nearby, but the hotel was well insulated to keep the sound out.

Front desk was very accommodating, breakfast was good, complimentary drinks. The free shuttle to and from the airport runs every 30 min and was extremely convenient. Also close to a bus stop that has routes into the city.

Convenient to the airport, free airport shuttle, restaurant on site, friendly staff
Other than a nearby McDonald’s and the on-site restaurant, it is pretty isolated from any shopping or other eating options. Bed did not have fitted sheets.

The room was good and air conditioned. The morning staff and the breakfast was good.
The staff upon arrival was extremely rude. The bus from the airport didn’t run for about an hour and a half in the middle of the day instead of every 30 minutes as scheduled. The property looked shocking upon arrival because of the construction. The property looked like it had been bombed.
