The hotel feels like a home away from home. The staff is warm, pleasant, and very generous, and the lobby offers complimentary drinks and snacks. Breakfast is good.
The room ia a bit dark, and old fashioned. But this is really minor considering the advantages.

Everything was exceptional all inclusive as said breakfast good breakfast staff excellent helpful and smiling like all other staff at the reception all very attentive and helpful excellent stay within the central area in a quite mood. If next time will stay at no place but Banks Mansion. All the bar everyday with different snacks minibar in the room all inclusive!

Breakfast was great! The staff was fantastic and a great help in assisting us with dinner reservations and other questions. A+++ to your front desk team!!
Just a minor thing, but we noticed some mold/dirt in the grout around the shower tiles. Probably needs some attention.

Banks Mansion is an awesome boutique hotel. The decor was beautiful. The wine and cheese hour and breakfast was great. The staff were wonderful and it’s in a great location. Would definitely stay again if I ever go back to Amsterdam

We liked everything about this hotel. Friendly staff, location, amazing breakfast and with it all inclusive - drinks, cheese trolley and treats in the cozy lobby was such a wonderful surprise and perk.

The bed was not too soft or too hard, it was just right. The breakfast had an omelette station that made a really nice omelette. The location was essentially 20 minutes walk from most things in central Amsterdam
The room was a tad cold, even with the space heater running. The bathroom could've used a bit more of a dusting, but it went away with the hairdryer.

The breakfast was wonderful! Staff is amazing as well, they were very helpful with my requests or questions about food suggestions.
I loved my bed and pillow (which is rare when traveling!)
There were too many fruit flies or flying bugs in the living room; they were on the snacks and around the bar area.
I couldn't enjoy my drinks without swatting them every 10 seconds.

Great location, on a beautiful canal. I booked a canal-view room & loved staring out the window especially when the sun came out. Cool modern deco crafstman decor. The drink & snack offerings throughout the day & wine & cheese happy hour were great. Liked the minibar drinks & snacks in the room that were included.
The cooling system in the room didnt work as well as I would have liked. The kitchen didnt have any take away cups for me to grab a coffee on my early morning check out.

Great location! Very friendly & helpful staff. The breakfast was really good with a nice variety. Really appreciated being able to have a cup of tea or wine/beer anytime of day. The cheese trolley was great too, but we were only able to try it on one of our 4 nights.
It’s still quite pricey. I’m not sure the all inclusive benefits justify the price. The interior is also a bit dated.
