Set along the edge of the famous Herengracht canal, Banks Mansion is built in the Amsterdam School architectural style and original features. It offers elegant rooms with a unique all-inclusive concept to give guests a “home away from home” feeling. Flat-screen satellite TV come as standard in the air-conditioned rooms at Banks Mansion. Everything was exceptional all inclusive as said breakfast good breakfast staff excellent helpful and smiling like all other staff at the reception all very attentive and helpful excellent stay within the central area in a quite mood. If next time will stay at no place but Banks Mansion. All the bar everyday with different snacks minibar in the room all inclusive!

The breakfast was wonderful! Staff is amazing as well, they were very helpful with my requests or questions about food suggestions. I loved my bed and pillow (which is rare when traveling!)
There were too many fruit flies or flying bugs in the living room; they were on the snacks and around the bar area. I couldn't enjoy my drinks without swatting them every 10 seconds.

Great location, on a beautiful canal. I booked a canal-view room & loved staring out the window especially when the sun came out. Cool modern deco crafstman decor. The drink & snack offerings throughout the day & wine & cheese happy hour were great. Liked the minibar drinks & snacks in the room that were included.
The cooling system in the room didnt work as well as I would have liked. The kitchen didnt have any take away cups for me to grab a coffee on my early morning check out.

Liked breakfast, room, staff & location.
King bed which I thought I had booked was actually 2 singles pushed together. Mattresses were worn, causing guests to roll ino the dip in the middle

Basically everything, very comfortable hotel in a great location. The best part was the hotel staff from front of house to the brilliant team at breakfast.
