We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed, yet quiet and relaxing.

Great location for access to boat trips and the old town. All staff were excellent, particularly Chamel. We used Google Maps which is not good in the centre and we were driving in circles. Chamel came out on a bike and guided us to the hotel he was so helpful.
Parking at the Qpark opposite, very close but €65 per night (may be a bit cheaper you pre-book?)

we’ve stayed at the artotel everytime we come to amsterdam and it’s always a lovely stay lovely staff helpful and welcoming nice breakfast and spa facilities
what i didn’t like about the property was i had booked 4 rooms for the weekend for my partners 40th birthday at a set price on booking.com and was charged more when we arrived for only one of the rooms and was said it was because of taxes but that states its all inclcuded
