Friendly staff and very central location
Another example of design going wrong: a very dysfunctional bathroom. If you are lucky to press the right switch and get on the lights, the whole room will be illuminated as the bathroom wall is transparent and has no door. So going to the bathroom during the night will wake up your partner. Or try the reading light which is an overhead spotlight that has the same effect.

Superb Location, very good Restaurant, which we used because we were exhausted Brilliant Location and really easy to get around the city because of the trams right across the road in Central Central Station. Excellent staff, excellent Rooms.

Spacious room. Very comfy bed. Though on a very busy street, the room was completely sound proof. Very helpful and courteous staff. Excellent location.
Not a fan of the mood lighting and found it difficult to control. Did not like the fact that to use the swimming pool meant a walk through the restaurant to get to that facility.

Great location, excellent staff at front desk and very helpful especially Mariela from Spain. Very good breakfast with attentive staff refilling all stations promptly. Our room was very cosy with large windows, a view of the station and the canal, and a large bathroom with a tub! We loved our stay at Artotel!
