The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of Amsterdam, across from Central Station anda ll the attractions. Our suite had a very nice view of the station and the canals around it. The hotel is decorated with art and nice details, the staff was super friendly and there is a swimming pool in the basement which is quite unique for such a dense city.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming.
The room was perfect. Very comfortable and very big. It was a great base to explore Amsterdam from. I liked being able to roll off the plane onto the train and off the train into the hotel. It was all so convenient.

A friendly welcome and an upgraded room. Well located right opposite the station and in amongst the bars and restaurants. Breakfast was good with good coffee.
The room was particularly disappointing as it seemed to have been designed by someone who had never stayed in a hotel before. The lighting was particularly poor as it was impossible to have something between all the many spot-lights on or darkness ('mood' setting simply turned 2 lights off). There were only sockets for charging on one side of the bed and no reading lights. The room was full of unnecessary furniture including some 'logs' which were massively heavy and always in the way of an door opening. The black painted cupboards showed up scrapes and scratches badly which added to the sense that the room was somewhat tired. The bathroom could have been cleaner. These basic things would not be acceptable in a hotel charging half the price of this one.

If you encounter any problem, do not expect any assistance. All communication channels are effectively closed. They use an AI system that keeps repeating the same automated messages and provides no real support. Even the smallest issue will leave you completely on your own. I strongly do not recommend this place.
