Amazing hotel!
Perfectly located to experience Amsterdam at its best: within 10–15 minutes you can reach everything either on foot or by public transport. The building is beautiful and the staff are more than professional — kind, helpful, and always ready to welcome you with a smile.
The services included and offered within this wonderful property are well balanced with the price paid for the stay. The pool and sauna are also fantastic — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Breakfast is good, although for the same price you can find more variety outside; it would be great to improve both the selection and, in part, the quality offered at breakfast.
The rooms are stunning. The canal view is breathtaking — every glance out of the window makes you fall even more in love with this beautiful city. The lighting design is gorgeous and creates a very pleasant atmosphere in the room.
One downside is the TV system, which is pay-per-view. In such a beautiful hotel, limiting guests in this way doesn’t really make sense. You can either watch Dutch channels (without the option to change the language) or pay for movies. We chose the second option, but the selection was quite limited. I strongly recommend allowing free access to entertainment platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime.
The bathroom is also beautiful, but with a few small issues — for example, the shower head and the doors that don’t close properly due to the seals. As a result, after every shower there was a lot of water on the floor. We were moved to another room because the TV in the first one wasn’t working, and we had the chance to try both showers — unfortunately, both had the same problem.
Overall, this hotel is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Amsterdam. These are just small details, but fixing them would easily make this a true 5-star hotel.

The bed, bathroom, comfort, breakfast, interior design & decorations. Location
The spa and pool area are actually shared with the neighboring Park Plaza hotel. Its crowded, small and very cold in this part of the complex so not a pleasant experience like in other Artotel's I have visited around Europe.
