Overall our stay was good and the reception staff were excellent! This was our third stay at this hotel and Housekeeping let this hotel down on this occasion!
Housekeeping let this hotel down on this occasion! We had to go to reception each day for items that had not been replaced! The bed wasn’t made properly with the blanket being on one side and the other side no blanket in the cover! We had also recommended this hotel to our cousin and their room wasn’t made up at all on the first day!

The location was amazing
Our room was dirty. Floors weren’t hovered, surfaces not wiped, smudges and marks all over mirrors and bathroom. Then to top it off we got into bed and noticed a large sticky mark on our bedsheets. It was multicolored and smeared all over. You could peel it off. We then noticed a nice blood spatter all over the duvet underneath.
The hotel did do a good job of compensating us and cleaning the room again. But I would not recommend staying here for the price. It is not worth it.

Stylish, good location, comfortable amenities
Dirty. Found dried puke under the bed with loads of dust. Upon mentioning it to the staff at check out there was little to no reaction even after realizing I was not joking. If you don’t take your customer feedback seriously you won’t improve.
