I like the location it is close to food and shopping. It is also very close to the red light district, and it is really easy to take the tram to travel around town. The rooms are very clean. Soundproofing in the room is awesome, I can barely hear any of my neighbors. Guarantee to get a good night of sleep.

Eventhough room is upgraded, I was curious about how the small the booked one.
the cleaning cars etc. are on the corridor
breakfast service is the worst one I have ever faced. If you ask for tea 5+ times, you should better not to serve breakfast. Don't even ask for omelette..
rooms should have closet if you travel with Partner, not enough wardrobe

Beautiful lobby, bar, and restaurant; our sweet was perfect. Staff was wonderful, and the location was spot on.
I had difficulty navigating temperature control, but staff came up and took care of that. The first day since the room was very chilly when we arrived.

Room was very modern, clean and comfortable. Toilet and shower were each separate which made it nice, travelling with my daughter. One of us could be showering while the other was doing make-up, etc... We loved the robes, slippers and tea and coffee and used those amenities daily. The gym was excellent and well equipped. The location was great - just across from the central station with easy access to Metro, Tram and canal tours. Highly recommend a metro ride to De Pijp district. The Albert Cuyp market was awesome and we enjoyed the street vendors and yummy food and really nice restaurants there. Easy walk for the hotel to tourist areas and red-light district, if you're curious.
The area around the corner from the hotel was super touristy. We made a point to leave the area for dinner so we could get out of the 'tourist traps'. That said, it was a very convenient location.

Very expensive to the room we got. The staff was great, always available to help.
At this level / pricing, The rooms are not that comfortable. They clean rooms very other day, so cleanliness coil be better for this price. Location close to the station is great but we do not like the room deco and bathroom doorless design.

Rooms were comfy, and the location is really convenient
I’ve stayed at this hotel 3–4 times before, but this visit was disappointing.
The room was very dusty, and we had to ask for it to be cleaned right after check-in.
The main shower head didn’t work properly throughout our stay.
None of these issues were mentioned or acknowledged at check-in — I had to point them out myself.
We didn’t want breakfast, but were told that because we booked via Booking.com, we had to have it and couldn’t remove it.
We never used the breakfast at all, so it was a waste of money.
Overall, the stay didn’t meet the standards I’ve experienced here before, which was disappointing as a returning guest.

-Windows do have wires that distort the view
-A bit expensive
