Cleaning wasn’t the very best Swim & spa I would of thought been relaxing but children and babies are allowed in too. When you make a booking stating Mini bar that and the contents should be included or at least stated but unfortunately wasn’t until checkout.

Everything. Truly everything. From the moment I arrived, the hotel exceeded all my expectations. The design is beautiful, modern, and full of character, creating a warm and inspiring atmosphere. The room was extremely comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were exceptional — friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. The location is perfect: central, convenient, and ideal for exploring Amsterdam on foot. I felt relaxed, welcomed, and at home during my entire stay. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave.
Nothing at all. There was absolutely nothing negative about my stay. Everything was perfect, from start to finish.

The staff were very pleasant. The rooms were clean.
The price of the buffet was not well marked. We heard the hostess say 950 for the buffet. both of us heard this. so we did the buffet and come to find out it was 2950 or $70 for two people which is excessive. You can get a decent breakfast for €10 just around the corner so don’t eat at the buffet.
