Disappointing
Rooms were comfy, and the location is really convenient
I’ve stayed at this hotel 3–4 times before, but this visit was disappointing.
The room was very dusty, and we had to ask for it to be cleaned right after check-in.
The main shower head didn’t work properly throughout our stay.
None of these issues were mentioned or acknowledged at check-in — I had to point them out myself.
We didn’t want breakfast, but were told that because we booked via Booking.com, we had to have it and couldn’t remove it.
We never used the breakfast at all, so it was a waste of money.
Overall, the stay didn’t meet the standards I’ve experienced here before, which was disappointing as a returning guest.

Good location across from train station and near river
First room we were given did not have a door to the toilet area (shower had a door). The toilet was in public space. We were told it was the "last room available" at the time we checked in early.
Did not accept the room; asked for a toilet with a DOOR. Was shown a different room with an enclosed toilet area, we took it. Check-in staff was not very transparent at first.
Room cleaning was just okay.

The location is excellent — right in front of the central station. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful — brand new, clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed and an excellent view. We really enjoyed our stay. The interior design, based on the specific art concept “Course of Life”, was also very interesting.
The toilet and bathroom were clean and very good, but the soap was too far from the washbasin, and there was no toilet brush.

Wonderful
I love a boutique hotel and so the artsy vibe that is art'otel was ideal. I love that they have an art gallery on site. The bar and restaurant are also top, We enjoyed cocktails and bites at the ARCA bar. The rooms were well decorated and equipped. Overall a great city escape.

the location is of course excellent, the hotel is modern, the hotel's style is strange but fun, the room was great (with enough square meters so that we could open our luggage properly), the bathroom was large enough, the spa is really great
the halls are a bit dark, the access to the spa/swimming pool is strangely designed (no lift to the spa, okay but you had to go through the restaurant to go the spa lol)

Close to Central train station so you can walk from train to the hotel and it is easy to locate.
Breakfast was very good. There was a lot of variety and the food was good. Service was also excellent.
The room was extremely nice.
Great location to walk to bars, shops and restaurants.
Ability to rent bikes from the hotel is a plus.
UBER drivers and tourist van drivers can not pick up or drop off at this hotel because it is on a "walking" street. Somehow Taxis where able to pick up and drop off.

Incredible location literally across train station. The staff is incredible! They are always very welcoming. It was a pleasure to chit chat with them everyday. The design of the hotel is very unique and we actually loved it.
The only problem we had was on day 2 we requested house keeping as we put the used towels on the floor and needed new ones. I believe it was an honest mistake but the bathroom was not cleaned and the towels were still on the floor.

Failure to fulfill service promise & privacy violation
On the second day of my stay, I was told by your front desk that staff could help move my luggage to my new room as long as I packed it. However, when I returned later, I was told that staff were not allowed to touch my belongings. Despite that, when I went back to my room to pack (with a staff member accompanying me), I found that my previously closed and packed suitcase had been opened, and the drinks I had placed in the fridge were missing.
This is a clear violation of my privacy. The contradictory messages and the fact that someone touched my belongings after explicitly stating they would not — is extremely disturbing. Room hygiene issues – multiple times
After this incident, I was moved to a new room — unfortunately, the toilet in that room had a terrible odor, making it uninhabitable. I then requested to change again, and was moved to a third room, where the toilet still had a bad smell, although slightly better.
This kind of hygiene issue is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of your category.
