Everything- perfect location, beautiful, clean and well appointed apartment, and the most generous and accommodating hosting from Andreas I have ever experienced. Andreas was able to check me in earlier after a long overnight flight and stocked the kitchen with an amazing array of free snacks and drinks. The highest endorsement to this wonderful place and host!

Breakfast was not included, but Andreas stocked the apartment with a bowl of fresh fruit, cookies, salty snacks and a large variety of soft drink beverages, 2 bottles of wine and plenty of water. Andresa is a class #1 host. He blew me away with his kindness and generosity.

The location of the apartment is really exceptional, close to the centre, but completely quiet and peaceful. That is difficult to find in Amsterdam so it is a huge advantage in this respect. We found the apartment is finished to a very high standard and everything is of very good quality. The bed is very comfortable, shower is great and the kitchen is equipped with everything we needed (and also with wine, beer, soft drinks, snacks and fruit). I can only highly recommend this apartment to anyone who comes to Amsterdam. The access is very good, only a few steps, so also suitable for older people to access without any issue. But finally, the host! Andreas treated us like VIPs!! He was so friendly and helpful and we had some very nice conversations. We look forward to coming again! Thank you Andreas!

Excellent location and accommodation and host could not have been better. A lovely welcome pack - fruit, wine, beer, biscuits and more - exceptionally good facilities and spotlessly clean. I could not recommend this spot more highly. I will recommend it to all friends and family who visit Amsterdam and will definitely return. We loved it.

Andreas goes above and beyond as host. He met me at the flat, explained everything and even offered to drive us to the windmills. We couldn’t fit that in but it was so kind, along with all the snacks, drinks and fruit. We he apartment is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped and there are great restaurants close by.
Take earplugs. The bedroom is at the front of the property and there was a bit of noise but no major problem

I have been to Amsterdam at least 7-8 times but I must say this was the best stay ever. The area is residential (very quiet and not touristy) and very close to the centre (a 10-minute walk takes you to Dam Square).
The flat is really nice and above all very large, with every comfort. Andreas provided us with biscuits, snacks, wine, drinks, fresh fruit, all absolutely free of charge. He even accompanied us to the airport on our return! Truly a wonderful host!
We will definitely come back and recommend him to our friends.

My whole stay has just been amazing from start to finish, Andreas was there to meet me the moment I stepped out of the taxi and showed me round, explained everything perfectly and left so many lovely complimentary items which I have thoroughly enjoyed during my stay. The apartment is beautiful, so much attention to detail, immaculate and in an amazing location.
I just want to thank you Andreas for your kindness and generosity throughout my stay and I thoroughly look forward to staying again in the near future!

Spacious, modern, spotless, everything was superb. First class. A great location & very quiet but in walking distance to all the interesting features of Amsterdam. Without a doubt the BEST provisioned apartment we have ever experienced in all our travels. The host was totally attentive & helpful and made us feel like welcome guests without ever intruding.
The host provided additional attention (which was not expected) like station drop offs & touring advice/activities. We were “ blown away” by the experience & thank Andreas for making our 5 day Amsterdam experience something we will always remember.

Andreas ia the most thoughtful and helpful host I have ever experienced! He is really interested in making his guests stays the best possible experience, he even offered to take us to the windmills a 30min drive! The ammenties provided were on another level. Wine, softdrinks, juices, many different snacks and all sorts of bathroom amenities.
The appartement itself is everything you could need, ample space and a very beautiful marble bathroom.

Great location. The apartment is easy to access from Schiphol, RAI and Central Station. Lots to see and do around Artis, with loads of lovely cafes and restaurants. The apartment is well appointed and nicely decorated. The host was amazing. Responsive and thoughtful.

Spacious flat with everything you need and even more! Andreas was super welcoming and hospitable, best host we’ve ever had :) He equipped the flat not only with necessities like shampoo and toothpaste but also with a variety of snacks and drinks. He even gave us farewell gifts! I can’t imagine what else he could do to make our stay more pleasant :)
We’re really light sleepers and though the flat is on the ground floor, it was really quiet and cosy. The heating system also worked well.
We also liked Andreas’s cats who came to say hello on the terrace.
Definitely recommend this stay!

We recently stayed at this lovely accommodation in Amsterdam and had a fantastic experience.
The location was absolutely beautiful, providing easy access to all the city's attractions and a charming atmosphere (near the Botanic and the Zoo).
What made our stay even more special was Andreas, our host. His warm and friendly demeanor, coupled with his genuine willingness to help with anything we needed, truly enhanced our visit.
The place was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly situated. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Amsterdam, and Andreas’s exceptional hospitality is definitely a highlight. Thank you, Andreas, for making our stay so memorable!

We had the most amazing stay at Artis Plantage! Our whole trip was made by Andreas and his hospitality and kindness. It was so lovely to feel at home away from home while travelling. Andreas went above and beyond with making sure the fridge was fully stocked and he even gave us a small gift when we left. This place deserves more than 10 stars. The location and ammenities was perfect and we had no issues. Thank you for everything Andreas, we cannot wait to come back and visit you and Artis Plantage! ?
