Close to tram line. Hotel was clean, front desk staff all night and really helpful. It felt really safe for a solo traveller.
The location had a lot of shops, cafes etc but nothing open in walking distance after 6pm. Hotel pillows were awful, like cotton wool clumps!

Everything. The location was great, close to a tram stop and a pretty ride to Central Station. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The decor was lovely and theatrical, the staff were great and the breakfast was delicious.
