Attention to guests – it really stood out. There was already water and apples in the hall, a small touch but very nice. The entire staff was extremely helpful, attentive, and highly professional. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the coffee was excellent. The interior is beautiful and elegant, making you feel uplifted. And that retro elevator – such a charming and fun detail! On top of that, the fact that they have a theatre warmed our hearts, as we work in theatre ourselves. :)

The hotel was wonderful. The staff was really nice and tried to make our stay there even more pleasant. On the second day we had a treat left as a compliment from the hotel which made me even happier.

Such a beautiful hotel and extremely friendly staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Great location. Wonderful breakfast. It’s a family run hotel and the dedication shows.

This is a family run, small and luxurious hotel, in a quite area, close to tram lines and excellent restaurants. The hotel has a nice lounge area and served a good breakfast. They have a very friend helpful staff.
Noise of air conditioning, so gave up on it and left bedroom window open instead.

Such a warm and non corporate hotel. Plush and beautifuly decorated. Spacious bedroom, comphy bed, breakfast fresh and plenty of choice.. Great location, near trams with direct access to city centre.

Good size rooms, friendly and very kind service from all members of staff. Rich and delicious breakfast, many gluten free options. The hotel is truly a gem and the ambiance is amazing. Would definitely prefer it again.
