The hotel itself is really cosy, and the bed is super comfortable. The bedroom was small but for one person, I liked it that way. The comfort is omnipresent. The petit déjeuner was amazing, with warm greetings from the waiters. The French good bye at the end was welcome.

Very spacious room and bathroom. Loved the decor. Felt special. Not your standard hotel room. Especially enjoyed the storage space in the bathroom, double sink, huge mirror. Great shower. Location nice and quiet, but still easy to get to the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam. Felt like a peaceful retreat.
Even though we received fresh towels every day which was appreciated, they’re a little worn through and tiny. Some new good quality and bigger towels would go a long way to up the luxury factor. Tiny elevator and “Dutch” stairs, so if you have mobility issues I would check with the hotel if they can accommodate you. Also did not see a wheelchair ramp at the entrance, so do check before booking.

The greeting from deputy manager, wholesome, friendly, expert knowledge of hotel, facilities, trams! He was there next night serving drinks too, and amazing hotel

All staf was very nice and very helpfull.
The breakfast was very tasty and there was a large selection of dishes.
The housekeeping did an excelente job with cleaning the room.

Lovely style of hotel, great decor. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful with everything very clean. Our room was cleaned every day, and there were great facilities. 15/20 minutes from Central on the tram a short walk away.
The only issue we had was the bed. Whilst very comfortable, we did request a double and it was two singles next to each other. Still a decent size but the mattress and mattress topper moved very easily so you were sliding and had to keep pushing it back into place.

We have traveled throughout Europe for over two weeks and stayed in 5 star accommodation, and Apollo First Boutique exceeded my expectations and has been my favorite accomodation. Its timeless elegance and charm coupled with first class hospitality made me not want to ever leave. It’s obvious that this family run hotel takes enormous pride in every detail, the cleanliness, helpfulness, breakfast, decor, and hospitality. One example is shown in the photo that I have attached of a small stand that they have with light refreshments for guests. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and elegantly styled with the perfect mix of old world charm and modern comforts. The location was perfectly situated in beautiful area close to museums, restaurants and shops, and a very easy tram ride into the busy center. I hope to be back here one day soon and stay much longer at Apollo First Boutique.
