The location was perfect for us. Nice and quiet but still a short walk from the places we wanted to explore. The staff were lovely and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent.
The bed was a bit soft for me, but that's a personal preference! The room can get stuffy/warm but you can open the windows completely so you can get good fresh air.

The entire staff welcomed us, weary from travel, making our room available very soon after arrival. The space is quietly elegant and charming in a lovely residential neighborhood, near the tram for easy access to museums with #5 just a short walk. We highly recommend this small and personal hotel!

This hotel provides excellent service , the rooms are spacious and housekeeping is very thorough. All members of staff are helpful . The breakfast was great value and again excellent staff. Its location is good for walking to local market and musuem quarter.

Quite and comfortable hotel with an old charm. Llocation is peaceful, airport bus stop, tram stops, groceries, cafes all at walking distance. Also has a back garden to sit and relax. Property has a lift to access upper floors.

The hotel is a stunning boutique with a truly fascinating history. The lobby is like stepping back in time. Rooms are small (my single bed was narrow yet very comfy) with thin walls and little soundproofing, but was absolutely fine for a one-night stay.
The person in the room next to me kept banging the thin wall which made my room door shake and rattle; initially I worried they were trying to enter. I used earplugs to get to sleep. The shower hose is too short so to get more than a dribble you have to take it down and hold it.

Used the trams to get into centre very easy and quick. Peaceful. Comfortable. Close to amenities. Staff friendly and helpful.
Thought my room would be a bit bigger. Didn’t get fresh milk with my latte.
