The staff was helpful and made us feel "special" from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The facility was immaculately kept, and the breakfast was superb with a variety of options. I will return!

The staff is wonderful. If you want to visit the museum quarter, it's an easy walk. Very nice facilities.
Our room was always warm, for some reason. Be careful of the Amsterdam bike traffic!

The room was a nice size, and it was clean. I loved the size of the shower/bathtub. After our daily excursions, it was so nice to come back to a spotless room! We even got a surprise stroopwafel outside of our room one day! The staff has been extremely friendly. The location was perfect for us because it was nice and quiet. There are loads of restaurants nearby and a grocery store around the corner. It was very easy to get to the hotel and the downtown Centraal by public transportation. We were also able to travel to other cities very easily from the Amsterdam Zuid station, which is nearby. It was also easy to get everywhere by walking! Overall, I would stay here again.

Everything was fabulous! The room, the staff, the location.... Comfortable beds, quiet spacious room, lovely large balcony, staff was excellent - friendly and helpful, location close to public transportation (which is great in Amsterdam), shops, museums, and restaurants (highly recommend Firelli’s).

It was beautiful, in a quiet quiet area but easy walk to downtown. The staff were amazing, accommodating ants made my honeymoon special with a nice note and Stroopwaffle (I know I’m spelling it wrong).

The staff here is phenomenal. They were extremely
accommodating for our variable travel schedules in storing luggage and allowing us into our room early. The building itself is beautiful, but the staff really made our stay. We enjoyed meeting and getting to know a number of their staff members, particularly Sam who went above and beyond for us on multiple occasions during our stay. If we ever make it back to Amsterdam, will stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices and the dining area and patio were perfect. The Library Bar was cozy and we enjoyed reading and playing cards there. We hope to return to stay again!

This was such a lovely vacation experience. We loved the location in a residential area that had many shopping/dining options just 2 blocks away. The staff were absolutely amazing - kind, friendly, over the top accommodating. We especially want to give a shoutout to Sam - he was our breakfast server and just could not do enough for us. Loved our spacious room and the breakfast buffet was the best we have ever had in Europe!
It was definitely expensive - but we did go at the busiest week of the year - Easter week - prime tulip season!
My only complaint - those towels - please invest in new, more plush ones!!!! We will definitely be back!
