Set in Amsterdam’s former public library in the heart the canal belt, lifestyle hotel Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht, by Hyatt offers elegant design rooms with free WiFi. I forgot my wallet at the bar on the day of check out 15/08/2025 around 5 PM , left the hotel , and I called back on 18/08/2025 . Unfortunately it was not reported by anyone , there was hardly any money in it , just some cards , it’s of no use to anyone , Other that it was LV wallet, Which is an expensive brand I am still hoping that some cleaner of bar might have found it

Good hotel and location.
Lengthy delivery of service, like we had to call a few times for our coffee pods to be replenished. Rooms are quite worn out, especially the carpets. A refurbishment is due. Beds not very comfy and cleanliness needs a bit of attention.

Great location for both sightseeing and more intimate city walking: no crowds, channel-located, lots of shops and food nearby. Amazing design and comfy beds.
The day we were supposed to leave the maid woke us up at 7-30 in the morning knocking the door, ringing the bell and then just walked into the room saying: "You leaving today?" I was shocked since we were sleeping and there were no reasons for stuff to wake us up :-(

Good hotel in a good location
Room service is very poor, if something is missing in the room they don't bring it. I ordered a taxi to the airport for 6 pm through the hotel. At 6:10 when I came to ask what was going on, they remembered that the drivers hadn't answered them and ordered again.

Quiet, clean, spacious room.
Staff was a little stand offish when helping. They were not rude but it made us want to avoid asking for any guidance during our stay.
