Good for traveling with a group of friends - many beds and spacious. Air condition. Balcony. Good and spacious department. Very friendly and helpful staff
It is almost in the red district and it troubled us to be so close. The apartment was on 4th floot and no elevator. But the staff was very friendlly and helped us with our bags - thank you again for that

The location is right next to the Red Light district, but do not let that put you off. It is pretty central. Has cafes and bars next to it and is a 2 minute walk from the metro station. The staff there are excellent and make sure that they can do enough for you at every opportunity even offering advice and maps where needed. And as it was raining when we arrived, we were given a brolly to use while there.
Check in time was a little later than we wanted, and due to an issue with previous guests it was slightly delayed, but this was beyond the control of staff who went out of their way to assist even offering us another apartment in the same block to get changed and freshened up while our was being tidied.

The location was amazing, the staff were super friendly and accommodating, the apartment was like incredible, clean and comfortable.
It rained one of the days, but I don't hold the property responsible for the weather

Excellent property , excellent location, very clean, excellent facilities, excellent staff, could not fault it at all, definitely recommend and will be returning again. I have stayed in many different properties over the years in Amsterdam this was by far the best property.

We had a great time staying in apartment F.
The hospitality was incredibly welcoming and Mario assisted with anything we asked for.
The apartment was well equipped and super clean, with lots of fresh towel each day.
The location is right at the heart of Amsterdam with 6-7 minutes walk to the dam square.

Mario was excellent and so incredibly accommodating! The location is incredible and even though its in a busy part of the city, it was super quiet. And it has air con, something essential on these hot summer days. Would definitely stay again.

Mario was fantastic, the accommodation was very clean, facilities were good , large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining, great for a number of people to stay, not cramped at all.. the balcony a great asset too. The location was accessible to everything.
There stairs were very steep for older [people to use but for us it was fine.. If you are booking and older , ask for a lower ground room..

A short walk from Central in a vibrant, active neighbourhood. Yet our rooms were quiet, clean - and the neighbourhood was wonderful. Close to everythging - from museums to coffee shops to "other" attractions.
Of course the Dutch love their steep staircases. Do consider there's no elevator access. After dark, the other end of the street gets a but rowdy. Be alert.
