The property was spotless, and it’s super close to the train station! From there, you can hop on a train to central station in just 5 minutes—a huge time saver. If you were to take the tram, it would take about 40 minutes to get there.
I think the rooms are pretty good for the price and plus with parking but downside was the rooms are not so sound proof so you can hear if people are crossing or opening close the door

The hotel meet our expectations: rooms are clean, location is quite OK - tram takes ~25 minutes to the city center, there are supermarket in 10 min walk distance, there is free parking. The stuff is friendly and helpful. There is table tennis... Hotel has a good price to value ratio. External private bathroom/WCs are located just in front of the rooms.
There is no common WC, so if you are group of people, then one external private bathroom/WC can lead to queuing.

I don’t have the best words for this trip… Who would have thought your fun solo travel would turn into a HUGE DISASTER because of the hotels’s greed, indifference and apathy. MY BELONGINGS GOT STOLEN. Yes I kid you not whoever reading this. I stayed in their mixed 6 people dormitory room 14th-16th of November. When I got in the room around 6pm, it was only this Russian guy laying in his bed (all naked). I did my best not to make any noise not to disturb him because of common courtesy. As I change my clothes and prepare my bed, this guy wakes up so obviously annoyed by my presence and used so many slur words. After taking some rest in my bed, another guy checked in around 9pm and this Russian guy was again so annoyed by his presence. Another 2 checking ins happened around 11pm so in total that day it was 5 people in the room if I am not mistaken. Next morning I woke up and got ready for the day around 10am. I noticed the guys who had checked in around 11pm had already gone and the guy that checked in around 9pm was gone as well. It was only the Russian guy in the room and me. I left the room with some of my belongings in the room on the floor close to my bed. After returning around 4pm, I literally noticed my belongings in a red plastic bag were gone and he must have gone through my backpack as well because my JBL headphones were gone as well. Right away I went to the reception about this and they told me they cannot do anything about it and gave me a local police station’s address. I went there and again nothing has been done because there is no cameras in the room (Why would there be even cameras in the room… SMH). I asked them if they could check the cameras in the hotel and they refused… I went back to my room and I had this new roommate and he came up to me saying that his belongings have also been stolen from his suitcase :).

The room was reasonable size and comfortable, and we liked having the little kitchen for breakfast. The location requires transit to get to the main attractions, but it is only a 10 minute walk to the train/bus/metro station and about 20-30 minute ride into Central Amsterdam. We stayed 5 nights and had one evening with very noisy partying neighbours that could easily be heard through the walls, but the noise was short lived. Otherwise, very quiet. Only a few restaurants really close by. I also liked that each bed had 3 pillows. Comfortable for sitting up.
There could be more hangers in the room for hanging clothes. And a row of hooks on a wall would be great for hanging backpacks and jackets and getting them out of the way.

Room was clean and shower had hot water. Staff was nice.
The room was freezing cold and the heating did not work. When I asked for a heater, they didn't provide. Not even blankets. I got sick because of it. The number of towels were also insufficient.

We stayed in the Queen studio for 3 nights and it was perfect. There is a microwave, fridge, 2 cups, 2 plates etc so we could eat in the room. The room was clean (microwave had been cleaned so I started by cleaning it! but well...). Bed was super comfy and the room was big. Shower temperature and pressure were perfect.
It is very easy to take the tram or the train for downtown + easy to take trains for the windmills and for Haarlem. The area felt perfectly safe. We didn't have issues with neighbors, but this is totally random of course! Staff was nice and helpful.

The bed was SUPER comfortable, we had a lovely quiet room facing the bike path, the staff was all so friendly, one easy train stop from Amsterdam Centraal. Water was hot, check in was easy, no smoking inside the building, bicycles available to rent, the kitchenette and fridge were ample and very useful.
I don't really have anything bad to say about this place. The only thing I could mention is it would be nice if people didn't smoke in front of the outside door (constantly).

This is a hostel not hotel . parking is strength point. Coffee also ready in the morning.
Cost is not equal of value that you received. It means you pay more than it's value.
Bathroom is out of your room.
Far away to city center . Need to pay 7 Euro every time you want go to city center by train.

Pleasant
Nice location, race car theme room. They also had sweet and friendly cat.
Shared bathroom. It was not clean plus the curtain kept going outside of the tub so the water was going all over the floor.
Kids wanted to play the game but the steering wheel/ TV wasn’t working.
When we opened our apartment door, we saw mice running off but couldn’t find it.
