The room we got was spacious for two people. Very clean. Close to train station that is 20 min from city center and 20 min by bike.
One of the best staff, big shoutout to Ismail and Omar who were very sweet and helpful.

Convenient location to the train station and supermarket, but still not central enough to Amsterdam. Great room though, loved the space and had everything that I needed.
Kitchenware was not kept really clean and housekeeping did not do sweeping. The luggage storage when I arrived was so full that couldn't keep my luggage there so used the train station lockers.

The hotel location is very nice and quite and only one station far from City center.
I traveled with my mom, she is an old lady and unfortunately no lifts in the build.

Short walk from the station, the decoration was great fun, staff was lovely. There is free coffee, water and fruit in the morning which is a great addition.
There is some games in the reception, which are a nice touch.
The room was clean and for a night it was great, i would definitely recommend and return.
The beds are just a thin mattress, however for the price and intent, this was fine.
The room was karaoke teamed but the karaoke was not working, so this, for me was the only downside. However i didn't ask for it to be fixed as we didn't have much time in the room, so it wasn't really a problem.

Beds were comfortable
It wasn't clean, the floor was dirty and the room was full of dust, my daughter had an asthma attack cuz of dust at night. The heater was not working once we arrived, we slept first night with no heater it was cold! Showering the kids with no heater! I told the staff but he said we can't do anything tomorrow will check!

There was a lovely cat. Beds were fine, but could be better. Close to metro and train. Boiler and cafe machine in the room is a very good plus.
It was not clean. They gave us only two big towels and no small towels. Very bad mattress.
